Some packages never deliver to door and just left a notice in the mailbox, which says an attempt was made but no one to sign. I’m pretty sure they didn’t try to deliver coz I’m home in everyday, and we have a doorbell that can record all events…
this time I’m trying to schedule a redelivery online, because on weekends they only open one hour Saturday morning. But it shows on the website that there has been a scheduled redelivery, and asks me for a confirmation number, which I don’t have because I didn’t schedule it… I guess I just need to come to the office again…

The older man at the counter was excellent. He knew all of what I needed and was kind and supportive as I filled out my passport page again lol. I would come here again for sure!

I had a package show as delivered to our parcel box but no key and so I called - the woman was friendly and kind and she followed up to make sure my package got to me!
