Very poor service. The postmaster is extremely unprofessional and totally lacking in tact. Fuhrer Farquaad abuses what little power he has, which is typical of other tiny tyrants.

One visit to the Cass Lake Post Office will help you understand why the United States Postal Service is failing. The goal of the employees at this facility is to impress each other with their imagined power over those they consider beneath them i.e. the customers that they are supposed to serve. They are a group of rude, condescending, bullies. Their customer service skills are nonexistent. The entire crew seems to be comprised of the laziest people on the face of the planet. It's obvious that their only real concern is finding the next person to treat abominably. Should the postal service fail in this country it shouldn't surprise anyone, as this crew is clearly indicative of the it's eventual demise.
