“My bank for three years after splitting with US Bank. Great people and I think a much better fit for the everyday working person. Good rates and always willing to help you with your financial needs. Their service is much better than larger banks because they only serve the surrounding community rather than having a gigantic national infrastructure. The phone app for banking is good, as well as the online banking, but it does lack in some options and functionality compared to the larger banks.”

“UPDATE:all right. Things have been corrected.Changed my review because the actual CEO contacted me ON A SATURDAY during a Holiday weekend. (Take note, Wells Fargo) He was prompt to fix this. Had an employee call me and found it was a glitch in the system. They even apologized and sent a gas card for my inconvenience. (Had to cancel a weekend getaway).My money is back in my account, everything is fixed. Thank you!Side note: this is seriously stellar customer service. A banker calling you on a Saturday and fixing the situation within minutes is absolutely unheard of.Thanks again everyone. I can finally breathe.Closing my account on the next business day. My check went in right before I'm supposed to leave on vacation. Checked it right before leaving the house and I'm negative $600 and I don't even have the option to overdraft. No record of my check even going in like it had the day before. Had to cancel my vacation. But waiting a call back and they're not open on Saturdays. This bank has failed me.”

“I first went down to Royal credit Union bank yesterday to the one on Rice street and Country Road C. And here is what I like about it.* speed. The time only took 30 min to open my account. I been in other banks where I can tell you I was hounded by bank tellers to open an account with wells Fargo. The people there were polite. Also I love the fact that yours funds are available the next business day. To me that's what's up because we are tired of the traditional banks you got to wait 3 days for the money. This is a feature of chime bank but with a bank.”
