I moved out of state three years ago but still keep my Wings accounts and do my banking online or when I’m up in MN visiting. Wings has consistently provided excellent customer service, transparent communication, and continuously improving digital services. I feel truly taken care of with Wings. I started my account when I was very young and their bankers helped advise me on financial things I was not knowledgeable about. They were very patient and helpful. Wings CU is trustworthy and reliable. Very happy customer! You’ll have to pry my Wings debit card out of my hands before I switch to anyone else.”

“I can't say enough positive things about banking with Coulee Bank. Every time I go into a branch, email or call my bankers, they respond promptly and always give me great advice. Coulee Banker Mark Landy has been so generous with his time and expertise and has taught both of my teenagers how to manage their money in Coulee checking, savings and CD accounts. I have my personal banking with Coulee, and I also switched my employer, Chops, bank accounts from another big bank to Coulee Bank several years ago. We get far better customer service, advice, and rates at Coulee Bank than our nonprofit got at the other, large bank. Coulee has even sponsored Chops' parade band in the Grand Old Day parade for the past three years. I recommend Coulee Bank to any individual, family or organization looking for excellent products, good rates, and white-glove customer service.”

I didn't have an account with Highland bank but my check was drawn on their bank so that's why I went The teller I had when I went through drive-thru was amazing. I wish all tellers could be like her. She was courteous and quick. She made me want to open up an account there . I really appreciate her. Her customer service was outstanding. “I, also, don't know why there are bad reviews. I have gone here since the 1990's too. I've had an account with someone, one for myself and I now have one for my sister's trust fund. I have had excellent care there. I do have 2 other banks I use but this is the one I consider as my main bank. If you let them know what you need they will do their best to help.”
