From the very first phone call, they were incredibly patient and thorough, answering all of my questions without making me feel rushed—even with my kid screaming in the background. It made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.
The detailing work they did on our family vehicle was outstanding. They completely removed an odor that had been lingering for ages, and the car honestly looks and smells better than when we bought it! “A little over a month ago, I managed to clip the end of a concrete wall while leaving a parking spot (embarrassing, I know). It was noted pretty quickly it was more than just the plastic over fenders and side skirt, and that filing a claim would be the best route. I’ve never had to file a claim or work with vehicle repair before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience surrounding it.
I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Troy. Both are easy to work with, great communication throughout the process, took the weight off of my shoulders by working with my insurance and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Upon pick up, the front desk staff were friendly, and engaging and made my start to finish experience a breeze.

“I went and drove to the shop with out an appointment on 09/23/2025 I had some minor dimple/dents on the right upper top of my 2022 Ram 2500 truck bed (black color truck) black is very hard to keep clean
And imperfections stick out like a sore thumb i'm very OCD derek came out asked what he could do for me.I showed him my truck and the issue with my box side.He took a look at it and he said I can get it done tomorrow it'll be 150$ told me I could bring it in Saturday after leaving the shop, I got a call from Chelsea saying that derek could actually come tomorrow 09/24/2025 he could do it at my house in the driveway. I said, oh perfect.I told them that I am working.And what time I would be home from work roughly. I texted Chelsea that I was home and she replied that derek was on his way as soon as she texted me that derek had already pulled in my driveway!!!! Derek came out.
Started getting to work on my truck immediately!!! He was done in about 15 minutes!!!!! Told me to look at the repair and see how it was from before and WOW!!!!!! Derek did an amazing job.I am so happy and pleased with the services and my repair that he did on my truck.I highly recommend derek snd Chelsea excellent communication and great dealing with very easy the repair ended only being $100!!!!!!!! Thank you again guys!!!!!”

“Couldn’t be Happier with the Staff at Maaco, The General Manager Adam was the most professional person I’ve worked with. While I was in with my son he was helping us and one of the gals up front took a call from an upset customer who was yelling about a mirror. He wasn’t too happy but Adam stepped in and handled it with professionalism and grace. He didn’t miss a beat even though the older gal was a little shaken up. He excused himself from helping us, took care of the call and then came right back and finished with us. Normally I don’t take to writing reviews but in this case I had to because the customer in question was rude, screaming at staff over not being open on a holiday and complaining about god knows what else. But Adam addressed the issue calmly and was able to work it out while politely letting the gentlemen know that it was unnecessary to treat his staff that way. It was nice to see how caring he was towards the staff and the customers. Would highly recommend these guys to work on your car. They also did a fantastic job on my son’s vehicle.”
