I was tired of the corporate storage games at Pubic Storage, Acorn, and other big storage facilities. Rent raises up to 4x a year, and all the hassle avoiding them. What a breath of fresh air Duncan and Centerville Secure Storage was when I found them! Unbeatable rates, hospitality, and A+ security system. I love the fact that there are 3 gates for access and being able to use your phone or keypad to enter. I recommend storing here if you're in the market to store your belongings.

Having to move furniture from our home in California to Minnesota, we needed to rent a storage unit to store it until we could move it into our home. I was able to rent the unit in seconds over the phone and the person I spoke to was so helpful.
When I realized I couldn’t be there to receive the furniture, one of the managers met the moving company there., let them in and made sure everything went smoothly. What a great facility.

I switched over to Centerville Secure Storage from the nearby Public Storage off Highway 61. I was very upset as they started me off at one price and then immediately raised the price the following month. They also use overseas call centers that are very difficult to work with. At CSS every time I have had to call I’ve gotten through to people who are available locally and I have even met in person on multiple occasions. Suffice to say, I will never rent from Public Storage again!

I had a perfect experience with Centerville Storage. The facility is pretty much spotless and very secure. The units are well-maintained, and it’s clear they take pride in their business.
The customer service is what really stands out. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the right unit size and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I also loved how convenient the hours and drive-up access were – it made loading and unloading a breeze.
If you’re looking for a reliable and professional storage company, this is it. Highly recommend!

Been with Centerville Storage since their beginning. This is my final storage unit because I closed my store and don’t need the extra space. Owners are responsible, they answer their phone and are up on recent technology as it relates to gate access.

I really enjoyed my experience with Centerville Storage. The sign
up process was quick, easy and contactless but the staff is still easy to reach. I also got a great deal on a large unit. I will definitely use their facility again.

Hands down the most unprofessional establishment I’ve dealt with. I only rented from them for one month (used the storage for three days). Upon exiting the first visit the doors do not open to exit. Apparently they don’t work if it rains. Then during my month stay I noticed one of the gates stuck open all day long. I called to cancel since I only needed the unit for a month and the guy on the phone told me not a problem. Let me call you back and see if I can’t get you some money back since you weren’t there long which was a nice gesture but I never heard from him. I then started getting bills from them for the following month. I called to make sure my unit was canceled and I was assured it was taken care of. I continue to get bills for accruing months and am now receiving past due bills and was told “don’t worry about it because it doesn’t go to collections”. If you can avoid this place I would highly recommend to.

Beautiful, easy to use. Outstanding security. The tall inside space is very helpful.
