“Used them many times over the years, but this last weekend had my daughter go in and grab a Diamond Pier bit and jack hammer, we only called the tool what the retailer said to call it (which was wrong) and they figure out what my daughter needed, by our poor description, and got it to her for us to finish the project that day. This was with only 5 min before they closed for a long holiday weekend, The way the whole team there treated her was beyond 5 stars. Not many companies out there that want to put effort into helping the they helped us out. Thank You again for you patience and professionalism in the tool rental business.”

“Had some difficult family situations etc this month but Quincy and lynnea took such good care of me here several of the employees have been over the top with customer service that’s why I always us this location. They are so through with customers service which is so seldomly seen these days. Appreciate the care this business clearly shows for the people they help service.

“Or favorite storage unit location because of the convenience of the location, our unit and the sallyport. 24 hour access for just 15 dollars a month is totally worth it and the one time we lost our key they immediately filled out the lock and replaced it right away.”
“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”
“Service lady was exceptional. My 6yr old daughter got stung by a bee just walking up to the steps & the lady pulled out a first aid kit, talked to her, and helped her feel better. She even led us out a back way to the parking lot to avoid going by where there could be bees since my young daughters were scared of getting stung again. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do.”
“Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”
