This place really needs to be serviced! So so many of the washers and dryers are out of service and the dryers that dont have an out of order sign on them dont dry very well. This could be a really nice place to do your laundry. On a positive note, it was very clean and you can still chose how many quarters you want to put in the dryers. Instead if paying $2.50 for 20mins

Half the machines are broken then it authorized my card but the machine never turned on I had to go to ATM n pay fees to do my laundry. DO NOT GO HERE TRASH!!!!

I’m not sure how this laundromat has so many stars. This is my first time here. There are a ton of machines marked out of order. They say they take credit cards but 20 swipes with 2 different cards couldn’t get two different washers to work and the only phone number here is “for emergencies” so I’m not going to call it just to have them reset their internet. Listen to the people who are saying go to Osseo.

Doing laundry is a chore, you have to do it at times in a laundry mat. And for some maybe you never have. I have used this place a few times now I am the early morning person and this place is clean safe easy in easy out. Nothing is free so the cost doesn't bother me.

We’ve been coming here for awhile and it’s always been a good experience. But the last few times at least half the machines don’t work and I’ve been charged a few times for a wash when the machine did not work even though it wasn’t marked out of order, including today. Waste of money. Will have to find a different place to go now.

Absolute rat hole. I have no idea why there are good reviews of this place. I counted 19 out of service machines, clearly no maintenance whatsoever. I had to use multiple tiny washers because the "good ones" that weren't broken were taken. Nasty machines, crusty, dirty everything, peeling paint. They couldn't care to even to do the bare minimum to keep it decent. It's the dumpiest place in an otherwise nice area

Horrible half the washers didn't work and the dryers too the ones that did work of the washing machines smell really bad.
