I’ve been going to this shop for years 8 years
and only once before was I dissatisfied. The stylist was a fill-in. That was about six years ago. My most recent visit was worse than that. The stylist was argumentative and did not provide the services I was looking for. I will never use that stylist again. I will continue to go to this Champlin location because I have really liked it there. I knew better to use a stylist I wasn’t familiar with. I will not make that mistake again.

I checked in online with a 93 minute wait time. I received a text saying walk right in. I drove in since I’m only five minutes away and my appointment was canceled. The person who waited on me, said I have no idea i why it’s canceled, But I can check you in now and you can wait another 80 minutes or so. What kind of way is that to treat a customer who’s been going there for over 12 years. What a horrible attitude. Not going back.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This was *the worst* experience I've ever had with getting my hair done. There was nothing about this experience that wasn't a nightmare. Went in and asked for a *trim* on my one-length long hair, ended up with a huge section of my hair chopped off on one side of my face! Aside from that, it was choppy, and some of the hairs where randomly an inch shorter or longer than the rest of it within the same section of hair.I called the shop the next day after realizing the extent of what had happened, and they said come back in and they'd fix it free of charge. I went back, and what I ended up with after that made it look probably even worse. When I was trying to see it in the mirror at the shop and pointed out a certain section that still looked choppy, the stylist was rude to me and told me she had a lot of people waiting to get their hair cut. How unprofessional! I guess she didn't have time to bother with the redo, which I shouldn't have had to go back for in the first place. She also kept blaming this monstrosity of a haircut on me for using a flat iron, as if them lopping off a humongous section of my hair on one side has anything to do with me using a flat iron. My hair actually looked better prior to when any of these folks started butchering at it, and literally, I've done a better job trimming it myself. All I want is my hair back, and to have never gone there from the start. Never realized that there were so many ways to mess up just a trim on long hair, or that I should be treated like I owe this place my business. My hair is worse now than what I started with. Thumbs down!

This is the closest Great Clips to my house and I am always able to get in within a reasonable amount of time. I have been going here for years and they seem to have low turnover. I appreciate seeing the same faces every time I am in and that tells me the owner treats them well. I make sure to buy a few of the discounted gift cards every few years to save even more. Overall, this is still a very reasonable place to get your haircut.

This is the worst haircut I’ve ever received from any place I've ever went. I showed my stylist pictures of what she had given me in the past and she still went too short! Not even close to what it was before. Now I have to go even shorter and find somewhere else to have this corrected! I could not be more disappointed. Do not trust Great Clips to cut hair they don't know what they're doing!

Didn't cut it like I asked, asked for 2 things specifically and was told they couldn't do it, didnt even show me the back like they usually do, was done in a split 10 minutes, then wanted to charge me full price when clearly I'm a senior, I will never go back to that specific person, very ?

Lindsay is the best! Never worry about my haircut when I sit in her chair! GC is the best! The gal that cut my hair was Alison. The first time she cut my hair, she did an aussome job!
