Managers are receptive to customer concerns and work to rectify problems, making efforts to ensure a positive experience for customers.

The inside of this gas station is not well maintained. Today when I visited the women’s bathroom it was not clean. The paper towels dispenser was empty and the hand dryer didn’t work. Also the inside of the store was dirty. Didn’t look like the floor had been cleaned in days.
