Always closed when the posted hours say they should be open. I guess that is what happens when a couple buys a liquor store, fires all employees and try to run it themselves.

If I could I'd give them a zero. Since they got new owners they do not follow the hours posted on their door. This is the 2nd time that they've been closed when they should be open.
