11628 Winnetka Avenue North, ChamplinMy dog Scout went there for the first time yesterday. Furry Tails came highly recommended to me. Our dog is a small dog, long haired silky dachshund. As he he has gotten older he has become more wary of groomers and the vet. We have to give him anti seizure medicine. He had one small seizure in the beginning. The Owner of the shop started talking to him he calmed down. Then another little one when getting bathed. This was a way better experience then we have had in the past with other groomers. Dogs sense things, he did really good! We will be going back!

Due to his age, I determined that no heroics were going to be performed that we would keep him as comfortable as possible during the time he has left. I appreciate the fact that the vet recognizes my decision and agreed that extra ordinary measures might only gain is a month or so. They ask about meds and I have to pay little games with him because he figures out real quick what I'm up to.

They also always get us into the clinic quickly when needed, and it’s so appreciated to not have to wait when something is wrong.
