I would give zero stars if possible. Takes over 24 hours after receiving to get certain prescriptions. They should just close at this point!!!! So frustrating

This location deserves far more stars than what's being represented here on Google. The people at the pharmacy (and the store itself!) were kind, courteous, informative, and prompt.
Great customer service, very friendly staff.

I've never had a pharmacy pick up the phone so fast and be helpful. Today was the 3rd time I had a problem with a medication because of insurance and this location has gone above and beyond each time to help me get it in a timely manner as well as being empathetic to my situation. I could not ask for a better pharmacy nearby (and I've moved 7 times in the past 5 years) thank you so much Champlin walgreens!! Best one.

I headed to the Walgreens Pharmacy this evening to pick up my fulfilled prescription thinking it was open until 7 pm. When I arrived at the drive through window the Pharmacy light was on. The Technician looked liked she’d just finished with the inside customer. She came to the window turned off the light and told we close at 6 pm. I looked at my car clock and it was exactly 6 PM. Rather than take one minute to help me she left the window. No wonder the rating for this Walgreens are so low. After years of using this Walgreens I’ll be moving my prescriptions to another business

Literally waiting on hold for 10 minutes to be hung up on. I’ve been going here for 10 years and would love to go anywhere else but there is nothing conveniently located enough. I might start driving farther away.

I am done with this location, I have over 2200 dollars a month in prescriptions and after the altercation I had with the Pharmacist Abby Hauser, they don't deserve the dollars. I have used HyVee in Brooklyn Park for some other scripts and I think I will switch to them. Since Joel left this place is a hot mess.

Service had been great for many years but this past year reminders & updates ended, drive thru closed at times and Vaccinations ended.

Save your sanity and don't bother using this pharmacy. I have finally had it with them after over a year of absolute hell and am changing to Cub Pharmacy as of today.
Managing multiple prescriptions is hard enough, but it is especially hard when you wait 7- 10 days (or more) for these jokers to even fill a script and it is for medications you CAN'T suddenly stop taking.
Not to mention the pharmacy randomly closing because they do not have a pharmacist on staff.
Staff is rude, there are never enough of them, they don't know what they are doing half of the time. The people who were good left because Walgreens is a soul sucking vortex that cares more about profit than people.
The store is beyond disgusting and needs to be cleaned badly.
Lines to pick up RX meds are often 30-60 minute wait times, sometimes longer.
They did not offer (and maybe still don't IDK) vaccinations because they can't manage to keep pharmacy staff at this location. Probably best anyway since the last time I got a vaccination there the pharmacist was so nervous he made me bleed everywhere when I got a flu shot.
Several of my prescriptions have been mysteriously cancelled and no one at Walgreens can tell me why. This has happened on more than one occasion.
One prescription they told me they had no record of, but I could see in their app it was pending (then they cancelled it), yet they could not see it for whatever reason and told me I need to have my doctor resend it to them. I literally just had an appt the same day with my doctor and got the alert Walgreens received my RX while I was still in my appointment.
Multiple prescriptions were also on auto refill and somehow removed from auto refill service leaving me scrambling and hoping they can pull their heads out of their respective orifices and fill my stuff so I can pick up medications before I run out. I imagine someone did this to cut down on their queue of meds to fill since they are so backed up constantly.
Likewise, when my partner picked up my meds for me they overcharged him a couple hundred dollars because the tech ringing him up didn't bother to apply the savings cards I have ON FILE with Walgreens. It took months to get a check in the mail and it isn't even for the correct amount.

Went in 3 different times for one perception pickup. Ended up Waiting 55 min the 3 time just to be sure I got it. Won't use again.

Takes days to fill prescriptions. Now the drive thru is always closed. Would never recommend using this location.

This place is Extremely slow apparently due to understaffing. Rx’s sometimes take days to fill and there is always a long and slow moving line for Rx pickup. If you can avoid this pharmacy, I would.
