Save your sanity and don't bother using this pharmacy. I have finally had it with them after over a year of absolute hell and am changing to Cub Pharmacy as of today. Managing multiple prescriptions is hard enough, but it is especially hard when you wait 7- 10 days (or more) for these jokers to even fill a script and it is for medications you CAN'T suddenly stop taking. Not to mention the pharmacy randomly closing because they do not have a pharmacist on staff. Staff is rude, there are never enough of them, they don't know what they are doing half of the time. The people who were good left because Walgreens is a soul sucking vortex that cares more about profit than people. The store is beyond disgusting and needs to be cleaned badly. Lines to pick up RX meds are often 30-60 minute wait times, sometimes longer. They did not offer (and maybe still don't IDK) vaccinations because they can't manage to keep pharmacy staff at this location. Probably best anyway since the last time I got a vaccination there the pharmacist was so nervous he made me bleed everywhere when I got a flu shot. Several of my prescriptions have been mysteriously cancelled and no one at Walgreens can tell me why. This has happened on more than one occasion. One prescription they told me they had no record of, but I could see in their app it was pending (then they cancelled it), yet they could not see it for whatever reason and told me I need to have my doctor resend it to them. I literally just had an appt the same day with my doctor and got the alert Walgreens received my RX while I was still in my appointment. Multiple prescriptions were also on auto refill and somehow removed from auto refill service leaving me scrambling and hoping they can pull their heads out of their respective orifices and fill my stuff so I can pick up medications before I run out. I imagine someone did this to cut down on their queue of meds to fill since they are so backed up constantly. Likewise, when my partner picked up my meds for me they overcharged him a couple hundred dollars because the tech ringing him up didn't bother to apply the savings cards I have ON FILE with Walgreens. It took months to get a check in the mail and it isn't even for the correct amount.

This place is Extremely slow apparently due to understaffing. Rx’s sometimes take days to fill and there is always a long and slow moving line for Rx pickup. If you can avoid this pharmacy, I would.

After calling them twice to see if me forever pending prescription is ready - on hold for over 20 minutes each time- I get hung up on twice. Consistently slow, difficult to speak with a pharmacist. Switching to another one thank you!

I have given this place so many chances with my prescriptions. One bad experience after another, I finally decided enough was enough and transferred to a different pharmacy. The service is consistently slow and they are impossible to get a hold of. If you want to call and speak to someone about a medication question or anything that's not an auto-refill, plan on spending 30+ minutes on hold. This is true even if you're a provider. A medication was prescribed for my cat that needed to be filled at a human pharmacy. My vet called me and said they tried twice and spent over an hour total on hold and no one ever picked up their call to request the prescription. I ended up getting it filled elsewhere. It's one thing if this was a one-off bad experience, but this place has been chronically understaffed for well over a year. I went today with the intent of going through the drive-thru, but both lanes were blocked off. I asked a store employee who said it was because the drive-thru was "broken" (??). So I waited in line for several minutes only to get up to the counter and be told my prescription was put back and it would take 1-2 hours to be ready. Not wanting to spend my Saturday hanging out at Walgreens, I asked if they had the same hours tomorrow, and they said "probably" and straight up told me that sometimes they don't have a pharmacist and will have to close, but they don't know when that would happen. Isn't it kind of important for people to know if they'll be able to pick up their medication, especially if it's the kind that carries side effects if doses are missed? I asked how I could transfer my medications to another pharmacy, and they said I should have that pharmacy call and request a profile transfer. Remembering the issue with my vet a while ago, I asked if they would be likely to answer. The person said "if we're not busy." I mean, at least they're honest, but admitting to not answering calls and not even being able to guarantee your open hours is not a good look. If your medication is completely optional and you like the surprise of the pharmacy being open or closed when you go, then this place probably won't bother you. But for most people who have medications they need to keep up with and timing is important, this is NOT it. I wasn't even out of the store when I was on the phone with my grocery store pharmacy asking for the profile transfer (they answered after one ring!). Between the inconsistent hours, long waits, and inability to reach anyone by phone, it's like this place is actively trying to drive away customers. I did try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after over a year of terrible service, there is clearly no intent to make changes.

I have had very rude and unhelpful staff get my important prescriptions wrong (mutiple times), I've been told they don't have my medicine so I have to go search other pharmacies for it, Walgreens Pharmacy is so hard to deal with. I will be looking into switching. I have to many important medicines for this many things to be going wrong.

I don't believe they know what they have and don't have for medications in stock. I'll be switching to Cub pharmacy.

Be aware that the pharmarcy may close with little to no warning. If you want a prescription filled here that has any urgency, you should validate they haven't unexpectedly closed.

Be prepared to wait over a week for prescriptions. With no freaking warning or letting you know that you can transfer your prescription to other pharmacies to fill faster

Store is clean, easy parking/access but one specific blonde lady on staff working this afternoon (11/12/22) needs to seriously rethink being in a customer facing role. I walk up to register and she was saying "listen to voicemail" into something and ignoring me so I was polite for her to listen to her vm and waited. Then she says to me (annoyed) what do you want. During the payment, she couldn't figure out how to ring up a partial payment (I had a visa gift card that was less than what I was intending to spend) so I left and went to a different Walgreens where the staff knew was they were doing and were much friendlier.

Not so big on reviewing stores but I felt it was necessary to give a compliment to this particular Walgreens. From what I've seen is that Walgreens has been going down hill in the last few years when in comes to cleanliness. Their stores seem dated and not clean. The pharmacy is usually short staffed with long lines. Today was different. This location seemed very clean and the shelves were well stocked. I was picking up a prescription. I was greeted immediately by the pharmacist. I told him my name and information. This is a worker's compensation claim so he had to call the insurance company to get authorization for the medication. He stepped aside to call and a tech jumped in to take over for him. He was able to obtain the authorization quickly and filled my prescription. They had lots of techs and pharmacist working today. Not a long wait for anyone that approached the counter. Hats off to this location. You've changed my mind about Walgreens.
