Waited on hold for 2 hours with "one caller ahead of me". They'll mark your rx as in progress for 2 weeks before they start it. Find a better place to send your meds.

20 people in line to pick up prescriptions and drive thru closed. Ridiculous!!!!!

This place deserves 0 stars. I can not understand how a pharmacy could be this bad. Lines are incredibly long, and I placed a prescription Tuesday afternoon, came back Friday afternoon and it still wasn’t filled and just told me to “comeback later, we are behind 800 prescriptions”. You could find a drug dealer selling prescription drugs before they will fill your order. Literally go to any other pharmacy.

Management needs to hire employees that are able to hold in the hatred for their lives. Asking to be spoke to civil is a tall task.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Always understaffed. Drive thru is always closed. I recommend you go elsewhere. I don't blame the employees, I blame corporate.

messed up my prescriptions and won’t answer the phone to fix them. been on hold for 40 minutes and keep getting hanged up on. don’t bother calling, just switch to a different pharmacy because this one is severely understaffed and you will not be able to pick up your prescription same day.

The printing was not what we wanted or ordered. We had our prints turn out green. I spoke to someone over the phone and they told me that we could get a new set printed at no cost the next day. When I went to pick up the new prints, Christian told me that he had no note that we had a reprint done and that we had to pay for them. He also said that they do not record calls because it is a “huge invasion of privacy” even though their phone says that “calls will be recorded for training purposes” when you call them. We have had prints done here two times and both times Christian was rude and made us feel like we were wrong/belittled us. We will go to CVS next time.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for over 25 years we also take care of my mother in law and she gets her meds here. The last 2 years has been absolutely horrible! I need to say the 2 ladies checking us out are always nice. But the pharmacist I have to deal with is unbelievable rude and disrespectful is an understatement. I am one of those people gives people many chances knowing everywhere is short staffed including my job, or maybe having a bad day. But this place is out of control. They have messed up many prescriptions. But the pharmacist I had to deal with I have never been treated that way they have treated people. I have called and complained nothing has changed. One has went to as far as insult my husband who has a hearing loss. My husband asked him to repeat something because he didn’t hear what he said. He told my husband he is wasting his time and there are hearing aids on aisle 4. Last night was the last straw again with a very rude pharmacists. Called for days asking about a prescription every time I called she was horrible. Come to find out they had been sent it 9 days before and said they were just too busy. She got mad at me for just asking about the prescription I knew the DR sent. I will be calling corporate today and starting a new pharmacy tomorrow. Worse service I have received

Terrible pharmacy service! Super short staffed! Drive through is closed and has been for awhile. Ordered a prescription on a Wednesday and went in Sunday to pick it up and they hadn't even started filling it yet. Its not even something they have to coumt out, it is pre-pacakaged. Every person in line ahead of me was the same situation.

Tried to get a hold of the pharmacy. Sat on hold for 25 minutes behind 3 callers and was hung up on. That wasnt the first time. I've been trying to contact this pharmacy for two weeks, and nobody ever answers the phone.

After calling them twice to see if me forever pending prescription is ready - on hold for over 20 minutes each time- I get hung up on twice. Consistently slow, difficult to speak with a pharmacist. Switching to another one thank you!

I have given this place so many chances with my prescriptions. One bad experience after another, I finally decided enough was enough and transferred to a different pharmacy. The service is consistently slow and they are impossible to get a hold of. If you want to call and speak to someone about a medication question or anything that’s not an auto-refill, plan on spending 30+ minutes on hold. This is true even if you’re a provider. A medication was prescribed for my cat that needed to be filled at a human pharmacy. My vet called me and said they tried twice and spent over an hour total on hold and no one ever picked up their call to request the prescription. I ended up getting it filled elsewhere. It’s one thing if this was a one-off bad experience, but this place has been chronically understaffed for well over a year. I went today with the intent of going through the drive-thru, but both lanes were blocked off. I asked a store employee who said it was because the drive-thru was “broken” (??). So I waited in line for several minutes only to get up to the counter and be told my prescription was put back and it would take 1-2 hours to be ready. Not wanting to spend my Saturday hanging out at Walgreens, I asked if they had the same hours tomorrow, and they said “probably” and straight up told me that sometimes they don’t have a pharmacist and will have to close, but they don’t know when that would happen. Isn’t it kind of important for people to know if they’ll be able to pick up their medication, especially if it’s the kind that carries side effects if doses are missed? I asked how I could transfer my medications to another pharmacy, and they said I should have that pharmacy call and request a profile transfer. Remembering the issue with my vet a while ago, I asked if they would be likely to answer. The person said “if we’re not busy.” I mean, at least they’re honest, but admitting to not answering calls and not even being able to guarantee your open hours is not a good look.If your medication is completely optional and you like the surprise of the pharmacy being open or closed when you go, then this place probably won’t bother you. But for most people who have medications they need to keep up with and timing is important, this is NOT it. I wasn’t even out of the store when I was on the phone with my grocery store pharmacy asking for the profile transfer (they answered after one ring!). Between the inconsistent hours, long waits, and inability to reach anyone by phone, it’s like this place is actively trying to drive away customers. I did try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after over a year of terrible service, there is clearly no intent to make changes.

Pharmacists are nice, but the pharmacy is rarely open. Closed at 3pm. Can’t pick up perscriptions after work anymore. Look elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never process auto-refills, there's always a long, slow moving line for pharmacy pickup, and pharmacy staff is rude. Avoid at all costs.
