Their ATMs ARE NOT working more often than they ARE, and this alone is enough to make me question why I continue to use this bank. Don't ever try to sneak a stop to this bank into a busy schedule, it will surely be a waste of your time.

Not sure what the issue is with this location. This is the third time in a row it's taken over 15 minutes to do our businesses deposit. Part of the problem is they let anyone pull in the commercial lane, typically it's someone that they should have come inside since we can hear the conversation. Our business is now gonna be looking for a new bank since it takes this location so long. Today i sat while they helped three customers before me when i arrived before all three of them. Very frustrating

Tiffany H. helped me out today with getting a credit card. I've had her help me before, and she was great! The whole process didn't take long, and she explained to me what was happening along the way. The music isn't loud and is relaxing, and I have fond memories of being in the drive-through when I was little and getting stickers and lollipops.

Rarely does a typical person expect 5 star service from a bank. I'm used to the courteous and polite tellers who do their job, but nothing more. And then I walked into this branch... I came to this branch to open new accounts at a bank that would be more accessible than my very limited credit union and walked away amazed at the the best banking experience I have ever had. I was immediately greeted by a banker when I walked through the door, introduced to the branch manager who, also later stopped by my banker's desk to ensure my needs were being met. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and helpful. A few days later I encountered a problem with my new accounts and again received the same type of experience. My banker, Guri, went above and beyond to retain me as a customer, exhausting all options and gathering all needed information upfront to avoid multiple calls later. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and due diligence. If you are looking for a new bank, or just a better branch, try this Champlin location branch and ask for Guri! You will not be disappointed by their stellar service.
