Always provide such excellent service! I've been numerous times for business or personal reasons. I'm always greeted when I first enter the store and asked if there's something they can help me with. I don't have to search aimlessly, they take me right to what I need. If there are multiple options for an item, they even explain the pros and cons of each. Service is quick and dependable. Products they sell are good quality. Highly recommend!

Great service and very helpful. Had an issue with a lock that they were able to resolve in just a few minutes. Plus they didn't charge me an arm and a leg, like some other quotes I had received. Would definitely shop there again.

Parker at Merlins Ace Hardware helped me today with 2 items I needed to find. I just recently moved to the area and this was my first visit to the store. I really appreciated Parker approaching me and asking if I needed help. It definitely was a positive experience, and I will go back to the store.

The folks at Merlin's are great and always have been for over 30 years. In today's modern world, you can still call and see if they have something before you drive there. Try that with an orange box store. Old school hardware store.
