“Great location and price on 1 bedroom with boat dock. Carpet in hallways NEED TO BE CLEANED. Friendly neighbors convenient to shops. A little out dated on interiors in hallways but can't beat the price and location. Fun!!!!!”
“Had such a great experience with the landlord, lived here 1.5 years and he was always available to fix anything that needed repaired and was overall just very friendly and helpful! Great spot, lots of places within walking distance and had friendly neighbors in the apartment.”
“Moved in 8 months ago and absolutely love it. New appliances, beautiful hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room. Anytime I have a friend over for the first time they comment on how nice and lovely my apartment is! They can be a bit slow to respond to maintenance requests that are non-urgent, but after more than one message will send someone out promptly. I’ve lived in a number of any apartments and this has been the best one by far. No major issues at all, and it’s super quiet here.”

“Beautiful townhomes inside and out. The layout is optimal for abundant natural.light, and the open design gives it an expansive yet cozy feel. With the mature trees and proximity to water, it gives the feel of being in a nature preserve. A lovely place to call home! Sally, from the leasing team, is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the area!”

“I had lived at Wexford Commons about two years and I have nothing bad to said the apartment and management is very good. The location is great and it so close to everything. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, stores and bus stops. The maintenance department has always been very prompt in responding to any request that I've had. The management staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. I've felt valued as a resident during my stay here. I would highly recommend as a great place to live.”

“Amazing views on West Arm Bay. Most of the people who live here have lived here a very long time & are very social, so I refer to it as Melrose Place 2.You see fireworks from Lafayette Club Weddings or Wayzata in the Summer. My only problem with the place is that since it was built in the 70s, so they have wall air conditioning that costs a bit & the units are hot. Other than that, I love the neighbors, management, & my cute apartment that's a decent value with a view”
