“I called here ahead to see if they had my car's battery in stock and Adam was very helpful in findingbthe cirrect battery and letting me know that they do install for my style jeep. So I came here thinking I needed a new car battery. When I arrived Noah went above and WELL beyond what I expected. I told him what was going on and he helped me figure out that based on the age and type of my battery as well as the issue I was having that the battery probably wasn't my issue. He tested multiple things for me and was super informative. Noah and Adam have earned my business for every battery need I may have going forward for sure!”
“One of this location employee, had helped reinstalling a new battery in a 15 degree weather after a previous one had an unknown issue, persuaded to use their tools instead, and answered all of the questions that were asked. Service was completed as alright overall. Glad that they have a long time warranty on car batteries whenever you need them replaced at a bad time or switched if you only had them for less than a few years bought at O’Riellys! Overall good experience.”

“I was scheduled for the third time to come in for a battery change or a new battery. Today is Friday October 10th 2025. This was scheduled with Nick senior and he said come back on Friday at 9:00 a.m. I got busy while I was waiting and waiting and finally I said something and Nick senior said we don't get paid to put your battery in. I told him I always tip fairly well for the person that puts it in .Ken helped me out
He went out and quickly and kindly put in the Barrery! He was so kind and lives up to the highest level of customer service! A big ? for all you did KEN! He should be the manager there!”
“Went in for wipers and air filters, worked with a young lady named Jaz. She knew where stuff on the shelf and recommended a in-cabin air filter that would help airflow, super helpful. Really knew her stuff.”
“The Minnetonka location's store size isn't the largest O'Reilly's in the area, however the customer service is always great and if they don't have the part you need in stock they will work to get it in as soon as possible.”

“While attempting to travel back home after leaving Eden prairie. Our van’s battery light came on and after a quick Google search we knew we had to pull over fast. Our van, Debbie, barely made it to the parking lot after sputtering. They did try to test our battery and after some frantic calls we got ahold of a tow truck to take us to Firestone. The staff at the Oreilly’s were super nice, let us use the restroom and offered a chair to sit in the AC while we waited. Top notch service:)”
