This pharmacy: 1) "lost" prescription information suddenly, and I had to go through a long process to explain to my providers that I know they'd already sent all the prescription information months ago for recurring medications, but they had to send it again. 2) never answers the phone. Many times I've been on hold for over thirty minutes without anyone picking up. 3) assured us they were working on a prescription, asked my husband to wait, and after over an hour finally said they didn't have it. After me going over again a few days later, they suddenly told me they actually didn't have it, nor did they expect to get it. They held my prescription hostage and never let me know! 4) would not give me a straight answer about another medication they may not have, and would not transfer the prescription, give me an estimated arrival time, or help me in any way. You are a customer-facing business. You are therefore expected to provide some kind of customer service--just the basics would be great. I cannot believe the level of negligence and disorganization at this branch.

Manager (so she said) at this store is awful. Completely unprofessional and incredibly rude. Never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. If CVS wants return customers, they should fire her.

Waited on the pharmacy phone for 55 min and it hung up on Mr, I called a 4:15. They do not communicate and they do not use the cvs app very well. Orders are not showing up. I have even had to call my doctor to assure the pharmacy has everything. If you don't have the drug then tell me what pharmacy does, so I can go to them. I waiting 1 month to get first prescription if I am signed up with your location, why would you not keep it in stock?

Horrible experience here today Came at 1:30 to pick up an epi pen for my daughter The lady behind the desk says she was leaving for lunch, I asked if I could pick up my epi pen quickly, they said I'd would have to come back after lunch and proceeded to close the pharmacy gate on myself an older lady who was also waiting I get people have bad days, but this was a ridiculous experience We are moving are prescriptions to Costco Strange strange experience

Great customer service. Efficient and haven't had an issue. I will continue to use this as my primary pharmacy.

The woman who opened on Sunday the 14th was incredibly rude. I went up to the door not knowing when they opened, to see if they were open or when they opened. I reached the door and didn't get a chance to say a word before the woman snapped "Not. Open." Walgreens down the road is much better with how they speak to customers.

I've never once had a good experience at this CVS, but I have to come here bc it's the closest CVS to me. Prescription is never ready when it says it is, staff seem so out of the loop, pharmacy is randomly closed in the middle of the day, the drive thru is often closed causing huge lines inside. They need to do something to change. Otherwise don't come here if you can help it

On multiple occasions, they don't have the prescription ready as shown on website and we had to come back. They don't seem seem to be able to fill common prescriptions and we often have to wait for several days. They don't have the coverage so they shut down for an hour for breaks.

Always clean, with kind staff. Pharmacist Tim and team have always been patient and helpful with questions. Excellent customer service and have been coming regularly for 5+ years.

The drive through at this cvs is ridiculous. 40 minutes for 2 cars go through. This is happening repeatedly. The management team needs to figure out how to staff appropriately.
