I have mixed feelings about this Cub store. I feel the meat department should be rated five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They have a fantastic selection and many varieties for each selection. I love the Pub Burgers! I also noticed the wide variety of homemade brats. The reason I am giving a rating of three stars is I have been there so often wanting to use the service desk and I am told that it is closed due to lack of staff. It is probably why I have been there at times and I can’t find a cashier tat a checkout stand. Another big disappointment is if I order delivery my items are never brought to my apartment door as requested. Again I would like to say that their meat department can’t be beat. It’s run fabulously and always have a great selection. I will add that I am happy with the pharmacy as well.

Meh!! Cub foods never a satisfying experience for me. The produce is ok at best. I can’t buy most of the time the bins that hold the produce have bits and pieces of vegetables in various stages of decay.
I do not like bagging my own groceries. I was there the other day, done paying, and I started bagging. I was the only person at the checkout lanes. Not one of the 3 clerks would assist me in the bagging process. I am 77 years old, they just stood there with folded arms or played on their phone.
Please someone buy the Cub stores and or bring in a Kroger or HyVee. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Something changed in the past few weeks. Only self checkout open, and 1/3 of those are down, long lines. I’ve shopped here over 20 years and this is the worst I’ve seen it.

I travel from Hopkins to shop here. The veggies section is always fresh , neat, and less expensive than my local grocery store. Meat dept is always spot on and has cool specials most every time I shop. Sometime due to work schedules the online shopping and pick up was outstanding! They also have cool gift shop and misc kitchen items and holiday specials. Just a very cool and friendly place to shop

Danish coffee cake is BACK!!! Thanks so much!!! Whether it’s the internal bakery or outsourced, our only feedback would be the best flavor was the combo cherry + cream cheese. We’ve only seen it once many years ago but it was the BESSSST. Thank you!

Really wonderful staff at this location!! I almost exclusively do pickup here on my way home from work. All workers are great, and have doubled checked on multiple occasions to ensure I’m getting what I meant (ex: accidentally ordered .25lb of ground beef when I meant 1lb, and the worker caught it for me) I have had Lisa as my shopper multiple times and she is amazing! She is very thorough with offering substitutes and options if items are out of stock. Overall this is a great location and I always have a great experience with my pickups!

Sucks that they are no longer and falsely advertised as still 24 hours. Got there at 11:30 and all the entries were locked and the employee just stared at me through the glass.

Awesome cheese section and chips area, lots of choices in the meat section. So clean, and butcher's super nice. Would definitely stop back by, if I lived in the area. The rotisserie chicken looked great and cheese curds.

Was a great store. Now Not. Almost impossible to get help. Marked sale prices aren't on sale at checkout. Must be a great place to get popcorn. That's all you smell. Good idea guys, I'll go elsewhere to buy groceries.
