The gel started lifting after just a week, which was disappointing. It looked like they only buffed the tips of my nails instead of the whole nail, so maybe that’s why it didn’t last. The staff was very kind, though.

Friendly staff, but was very disappointed. My gel manicure cracked and peeled and within 2 weeks went elsewhere! I don't think they spend enough time prepping the nails, as my mother in law has had similar issues too and has needed her nails redone 2x in a row now. Hopefully they can improve!

I absolutely recommend DS Nails in Chanhassen! Donna is so friendly and somehow remembers everyone. The technician that does my nails is really incredible. She takes care to get it 100% right. My dip powder nails last 5-6 weeks on average.

Went once because it was recommended by a coworker. The nail service was fine, but the technician asked me three separate times if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. Once, okay you are trying to upsell, I get it. Two, you are being annoying. Three? That’s insulting. Never went back.

This is my go-to nail salon. The staff is beyond friendly and professional. Every time I go I feel so welcome and leave happy with my service. I recommend DS Nails to anyone in the area looking for a quality nail salon.

went here for homecoming to get my nails done. Asked for acrylic French tip and they said I had to do dip. They also said dip and acrylic were the same thing. I told them I wanted acrylic and they gave me dip. They ended up looking very bad the lines weren’t crisp at all, the shape was uneven, and the clear part had film in it that made them look crusty and old. Along with that they were super flimsy. Was not worth it at all. Don’t go here.Service: Manicure

Came in wanting a reg manicure. Owner/manager plus customer talked me into this “dip”, assured it was NOT gel. It was strange bubble like and began pulling away from my cuticles right away. Sent manager email, which she did not answer. Called to tell her I didn’t like this, she said to come in to remove. It was very apparent the staff member didn’t want to do this & was ver rough, used that stick roughly making gouges in my nails. But she did get rid of the dip stuff.No offer was made to repair my nail bed. I’m left with dents on each nail for however long until my nail grow out. I do not recommend this place. I was treated poorly. I’ll try to post a pic where I can. This dip stuff is very close to gel & hard to safely remove. Won’t be returning to this DS Nails again.Services: Dip powder
