My daughter got a car loan through here. They are con artists. She had full coverage insurance when she bought the car. The insurance was accepted and hasn't changed at all from the beginning. At some point they tried applying a CPI fee of over $1,000. No notice, no nothing. She called, got it removed, but they still charged her for a late fee for not covering the fee they made up. This company is shady and make up fees and basically rob you. We will be taking further action against them and the dealership that recommended them.

I have been banking at Truestone For so long now they have a banker there by the name of Joshua Perez he has helped me out with buying my first home and when I got into a crash And totaled out my car he helped me with getting a car loan to get me a new car he the best! All of the employees are great but I work with him the most out of all the people that work at the bank. but they are the most friendliest people I have met as far as banking experiences you get is like no other. This is what you call a home town bank!

I love it here. Everyone that has assisted me has been very nice and knowledgeable. A few days ago there was a hold on my deposit, the assistance branch manager and their processing department worked efficiently to release my funds. I recommend it here!

Branch Manager Josh Perez is incredibly unprofessional and makes extremely rude comments about customers while they are in earshot of him. I am absolutely disgusted by this behavior. Someone of this nature shouldn’t be employed by a company that deals in people’s finances, let alone be branch manager.Josh, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Talk about a joke of an establishment. What’s even worse is the branch manager who decided to poke his nose into a customers business and make rude remarks about “mommy and daddy pay for everything.” Josh Perez you are a TERRIBLE manager and lack the basics of human compassion and respect. Disrespectfully give that slack jaw a rest. I’ll be calling corporate to complain in the morning. Not only that but not one but two employees felt the need to give their establishment a “five star review” after the incident. Disgusting behaviour.

Some of the employees here are highly disrespectful and have no compassion for the clients of this union. I would recommend taking your finances elsewhere. There are plenty of credit unions who offer respect to others no matter what situation you may be in.

Josh Perez needs to go. Making fun of his costumers in front of them is NOT ok. Never go here better off with anywhere but here.

Imagine having your own employees leave good reviews for this place. Super unprofessional, and rude. Manager Josh Perez is a coward and should not be managing this establishment.

Don’t even bother using their business. Highly unprofessional. Managers make snide remarks about their customers IN FRONT OF THEM. Appalled.

DO NOT BANK HERE! THEY WILL ROB YOU AND TREAT YOU WITH NOTHING BUT DISRESPECT! Incredibly rude - no decent customer service. Closed my account 3 months ago and they are still trying to collect fees even tho I am no longer a member! AVOID AT ALL COST

I like this bank because when you go the place it’s mostly empty and the staff is really nice. They don’t charge for overdrive. Even though they changed their name a lot it’s still a good bank.

Just go to Wells Fargo ?I had Firefly Credit Union until they switched to Truestone. I got sent a new card right away, so I went to activate it...as one does. Right off the bat there was issues. First it was my account info (because the banks got switched and whatever) that took them abt a week to figure out. Then once I was able to activate my card it took over an hour on the phone with them for some reason, I got transferred 3 times and all 3 spokesmen said the issue was something completely different. I had to go into one of the locations to get it figured out eventually because no one seemed to know what they were doing on the phone. Finally it worked for about a month. Then it just stopped working and would get rejected no matter how much I had on it (It’s a debit) THEN I was on the phone for close to 2 hours and talked to 4 different people. Eventually they just said to use it as a credit card and and I have to change my pin. I should’ve just asked for a whole new card because that amount of time and transfers wasnt worth it. took most of my day up. AND NOW the app will not let me make a mobile deposit. I’m doing everything I’m supposed to do to normally deposit a check. But it just won’t let me. I’m 16 almost 17, I don’t have time to sit on the phone for hours getting transferred repeatedly. And I get paid by checks so I need to be able to deposit it so I can make payments. This bank literally doesn’t know what their doing and at this point I’ll probably just switch to Wells Fargo or anyone else.

I can't say stress enough how disappointing this bank this is. We've done all we can to try to make it work for us but we cannot continue to pretend that everything is fine. One positive remark I have is the branch is always empty; after 2 years of banking here I see why. My wife and I wanted to get a joint account after getting married but we definitely picked the wrong place. The location is a congested mess, the service is woefully insufficient at helping me with anything more than what can be done electronically at most banks. We received checks with someone else's bank account # on them, I wanted new checks printed but was required to pay extra. No refund on all returned check fees as a result. Don't bother putting a deposit into the atm machine or it will retain your card (for security purposes) before you can finish the transaction. You can use the deposit drop box but that takes 8 business days to post to your account. Low withdrawal limits so we can't pull more than $100 at a time. Their online services are a joke; constantly down and consistently making us change our existing password to a new password. They won't qualify my wife and I for any loans when both banks we are existing members at offer us everything we are looking for. Closing our accounts as soon as possible.
