I had a really mixed experience here
When I walked in, there was a Mexican guy and Asian guy and a white guy and they all were very cool getting along really respectful and really nice and I thought to myself wow look at three cultures getting along. This is awesome. They gave me a door right away And loaded me.. shortly after gave me my paperwork, I noticed a discrepancy in the paperwork, so I called the office back and when I called the white guy answered
“ This is shipping what do you want” in a really rude tone, I said “excuse me?” Because I thought it was a mistake, for the second time around, he answered the same thing, but in an even more rude manner, talk about bipolar from day to night.

Load a day earlier, can park overnight as long u are not on the way. Very hard to turn around.

Very nice customer and friendly staff , if coming with loaded frozen load then supposed to go to shipping on Audubon rd, overnight parking and washroom on site which opens 24 hrs but limited opens on weekends but still can come here on weekends at night and park ,wait for next day

Receiving is at COULTER BLVD,Shipping is at AUDUBON ROAD,nice and friendly staff!, can't complaint,8 pallets unloaded with-in 1.5 hrs.(that's counting that I checked in at shipping not receiving!)

Let me see, where to begin...shipping AND receiving is on the Audobon side, as your coming down the hill, it will be the drive just before the tree clearing (the sign is back some, hard to see until you're right on it, I had to back up some to get in it), you pull in and follow signs for truck turnaround and then park your truck in any open slot (alot of dropped trailers). As you came in you'll see a bunch of docks off to your right, there is a blue door way back in the corner, THATS WHERE YOU CHECK IN!! My appointment is for 3 pm, so I am early, I am parked way up on the hill, waiting for them to call me!! The guy checking in is really super cool, he was helping someone get backed in, and I got his attention and asked where do I check in, (he pointed towards the blue door) I showed him my handicap placard and he told me to just pull up by door! Check in process is simple and easy! I read every single review, and not one person said WHERE to check in at!! I couldn't find it on google maps either! Another driver (in a Pete) came back to me (on CB) when I asked where to check in at! If you're picking up or delivering for BOP, come in the same entrance, and the door is right by the first dropped trailer (on the right as you come up the hill, has a paper sign BOP)!! I can already see that 99% of the reviews are either FALSE, or OUTDATED!! Don't go on Coulter, thats the old one, it will be the second drive PAST Coulter!! I can't speak on load/unload times, because I'm early, but I've been doing this a long time and I hate to sit (especially when I'm home bound after getting loaded), but it is what it is!! I'll try to update load time afterwards, I really just wanted to let you know where to go, since most were merely griping and whining rather than passing information on!! A BIG thank you to the Trucker in the white Pete for having your radio on and helping me out, thats old schoolin' Brother!!! And to the check in dude, THANK YOU, for allowing me to pull up by door to check in!! One more thing, I've been to many General Mills, and so far, this is the VERY BEST ONE, I have been to!!

I decided to just check inn early cuz I had unloaded only 6 miles away and read reviews that the facility had some parking. I walked in asked if I could park overnight. Then I was asked my loading # the loaders checked me inn took my phone # and said if possible that i could get loaded early. Everyone here was friendly. I was called and loaded fast and a day earlier than my appointment. Now I'm not saying that this would or could happen to you . My load was probably ready to go so that's what happened. As far as the friendly staff they treated me great. Overnight parking yes . Friendly staff yes . There is a McDonald's 2 miles away with about 6 spaces if you need to wait . On arboretum and lake drive. Good luck
