I used to love going to Goodwill, but it is so overpriced now. I choose other thrift stores to support in the area. Smaller parking lot, but I’ve never had trouble finding a spot.

Manager was extremely rude and condescending. I made an error in my math when exchanging items and instead of being gracious she basically turned into a five year old having a bizarre tantrum. Yuck

Stay away from this store. They clearly research every item that goes out on the floor. You may as well stay in your house and shop Ebay at your convenience.

Run away from this Goodwill! What is the deal with no dressing rooms? I was told I had to buy the item, but I could return it. So I did that, shirt didn’t fit, and I returned it to the store. I am then told that I have to exchange it for an item at the exact same price. Which, of course I could not try on either! Staff and manager were rude and useless, I will never donate one more item to this store or step foot in again. There are plenty of other thrift stores that are actually thrift stores in the area. Goodwill has become rude and greedy.

Goodwill has become extremely overpriced for donated items! Employees are rude sometimes and act as if they hate there job!Sending stuff online to sell Pure Greed! I do not donate to GW! The mission is non existent!

The entire front of the store is new items. They used the money you give in donations to buy and become a dollar tree style store. All good items go online. Prices in store are higher than new online. Do not store here until they change. And become a thrift store again. They fought and yelled at me when I wanted to get help. So rude to a brand new customer. Go to AbleLight up the street! Amazing prices and great nonprofit.

Wasn't goodwill supposed to be a place where you were able to go get a good deal on something. The prices are ridiculous here. Everything's getting donated too. At least before they used to give a coupon when we donated stuff. Now it's just out of control. Goodwill in Chanhassen is "rip off vil"

Probably the most overpriced goodwill I have ever seen. They have more overpriced items than regularly priced. Skip this location for sure.

Constantly changing merchandise. Well organized and clean. Friendly helpful staff inside the store and in the donation drive through.

Poor customer service, only one line open even though many people were working, and they have an 'expensive' section where anything decent they receive is incredibly marked up. Save your time and skip this one!
