it was closed on july 10 for no apparent reason even though it said it was open on google and on the app and allowed me to check in on the app. drove 15 mins there and it was closed. if you’re closed (which i’m not sure why you are on a normal summer wednesday) then you have to publicize it so you don’t waste your customers time plz

Went to get my haircut, didn't get asked if I wanted a shampoo, it took her about 5 minutes total time from start to finish. I wanted layers she told me I would get layers from when I straighten my hair! I told her just above my shoulders and it's to my chin. She obviously didn't care and just wanted to be done. I will never go back to the Chan Great Clips.

Was not given the Hair cut I asked for. The stylist decided what she wanted to do for my haircut, and ended up making my hair look goofy. You should have common sense, as a hairdresser, to make things look right. Don’t just give a rough estimate of what was asked for. I was Disrespected when calling for reconciliation, and ultimately frustrated with everyone running that establishment.

Was not given the haircut I asked for even after showing a picture. Stylist was very rude. We discussed what I wanted but then told me she couldn't do it without explaining why and did her own thing anyway. I felt too scared and embarrassed to say anything so I just paid and left. I immediately scheduled an appointment at my old hairdresser back home while sitting in the parking lot after. Will not be returning.
