“I've been going to this location for roughly 1-2 years and it's always been a great experience. The remodel brought a lot of positive changes and equipment. Friendly atmosphere. People mostly stick to themselves, but are nice when you do have a quick conversation.
The Manager, Elliot, one of the nicest guys you can meet. He's helped my girlfriend and I more than once with questions or issues with our badges. Check out his social media ads for Snap, they're awesome. Highly recommend this location and staff.”

It is the perfect place to come get a shower, hit the hot tub, and some cold plunge action after training Jiu-Jitsu at M-Theory West just down the street by Costco.
