I've been coming here for the last almost 5 years to see lizzie for my hair. She listens to my wants and needs and she always knocks it out of the park. I leave here feeling my best every visit. She is professional and super talented. I travel far just to come see her because there's no one I trust more with my hair!

I had a 50 minute massage with Tim and it was top 3 massages I’ve ever gotten. He massaged places on my back and shoulders that I didn’t know needed massaging. I HIGHLY recommend seeing him! He is PHENOMENAL!

Was so excited to get a massage but my back came out feeling way worse than when I went in. I've had many massages in the past and this was by far the strangest one. I will try another massage therapist but would never get another one from Tim. He was very friendly but didn't seem to know what he was doing and again my back now hurts so much worse! Giving 2 stars because the staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful!

I see Monica for waxing, eye brow tinting, facials and all things skin care. She is BEYOND amazing, easy to talk to and share my concerns and helpful with tips and advice. My son goes to Lizzy for his hockey hair cuts and she always does it up right for him. I think most of the hockey boys now to go her or Nicole at the saloon. Highly, highly recommend.

I went in for blonde highlights, my stylist drenched me in dark, drab, low lights (no more blonde) She told me to wait 3 weeks for it to wash out and lighten up. I waited 3 weeks and then asked for correction. The Manager, told me I would have to pay to correct their mistake. When I told her I followed the stylist instructions by waiting 3 weeks, the Manager "broke up" with me and told me to use a different salon. She also refused to refund me. Is Lifetime hiring middle school managers? This could have been a simple correction by just adding the highlights I paid for. Very immature leadership in this salon.

Every experience I’ve had here has been fantastic! The receptionists are always welcoming and helpful. My stylist, Lizzie, is so fabulous- she’s the only person I will trust with my hair anymore! Her expertise in coloring, hair treatments, and styling has truly given new life to my hair!

Toni was awful, I do not recommend. Was super rough with my hair and overall rude. Noticed immediate hair breakage after my appointment, she wasn’t gentle at all and seemed to not care at all. I can only assume she is used to cutting men’s hair. I wanted to speak up when I noticed her being extra rough with my already fine hair, but ladies, you know we tend to trust the hair dresser and don’t speak up when we should. So here is your advice to avoid at all costs. I Initially trusted booking an appointment with any stylist at Life Spa, but I will not be going back. Toni owns her own salon “at home” anyway, so avoid that too. Disappointing. Had to buy a ton of repair products on my own after Toni went to town on my hair like she was raking leaves in her yard.Service: Haircut
