Been going to LVY for almost a year. Unfortunately had the worst experience there as I was requesting my acrylics off. Maybe somebody new, but use a cuticle cutter to pry my acrylic nails off. Damaging and painful to my nail bed. I asked him to stop a handful of times and finally someone else took over. Will not be going back there, nor will my family members who also use them for their nails.

I have been going to LVY for years. I’ve always enjoyed my experience and have given several gift certificates as well. The last two times I have been there have been huge disappointments. Not because of the staff. But there is obviously a push for the customers to get a gel pedicure. Which completely wrecks my feet. The options for a “basic” pedicure are ridiculously sparse. And after paying $50 including tip, I could have made my toes took better myself. The polish is gloppy and looks like I did it myself. So disappointed. I won’t be back.

We made an appt this afternoon and were treated like a walk in. We had to ask 2 times how much longer we would need to wait. We chose a deluxe pedicure. The actual pedicure was fine but the gel paint job was terrible. I chose white and there were streaks. I asked her to fix them and she only fixed one toe. Every nail shape is different. I will not be returning.i don’t have gross feet and the way they cut my nails makes my feet look disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money.

Just moved to Chaska and was looking for a good nail place. I paid for the Deluxe Pedicure. I’m writing a lower level review unfortunately because of the lazy process.
When I go in, I want my cuticles pushed back and that trimmed off. I want my callus removed. I want my nails clipped and filed. I can paint my nails at home. I come to a salon to get everything cleaned up. That whole process was skipped. Yes, she didn’t even file my nails. I did get a very good foot massage. The painting..I’d say a child-level where she missed sides and you can see the paint layers (if that makes sense).
Within a week it looked bad because again, the whole main process that I paid for was missed. It was mediocre service.
I miss the days where you go to a nail salon and they actually care about the services they provide instead of shoving as many people as fast as possible through the door.
