Grateful to Franklin and the rest of the team at Master Collision. I had been wary of collision shops as a young woman showing up solo and having had miscellaneous charges added at a different body shop. I left that place feeling taken advantage of and will never do business with them again. Master Collision always does the right thing for their customers, patient, and friendly and won my trust as a customer. I appreciate the patience and expert guidance after I was rear ended. I had My car in for a new front end in December ‘23, and Franklin took the best care of me! Handled all of my concerns with grace and did a tremendous job communicating with me on time frames etc. I recommend This company and location, you will be in great hands! Thank you team!

After making an appointment for an estimate, was not greeted very friendly. Felt like I was interrupting the desk person. Had to write all of the information I gave over the phone on a form. Estimator was friendly and quick. Liked getting the estimate by email same day. Price was much lower than others.

IDK what happened to my first review so here we go. This is absolutely the worst car place I've ever been to. I came in last summer to replace my Cadillac converter that had been stolen. My insurance recommended this place it was pretty far but it's but it seems pretty reputable so it's fine. it was all going smoothly, and they said if I had any issues just bring it in within 30days. As soon as I drove it off the lot, I heard this horrible grinding sound. I immediately loop around and drive back in and talk with Bill and I tell him what's wrong, he grabs the mechanic and they talk behind my car for a bit and say everything's perfectly fine with it keeps happening to come back in. A week goes by and my car sounds like death so I go back in. On a personal note I need my car for work so every time I have to go in I have to take a day off and they only have daytime/weekday hours. So I take a day off and bring my car back in, I explain I'm hearing a screeching grinding noise and they take it in to look at it for the day. They call me back and say I can come pick it up cause there's absolutely nothing wrong with the repair and they completely blow me off and say it's probably my brakes that's causing the noise and that they can't fix them but I should get that fixed. Honestly, I don't think my brakes are bad and I didn't have that issue three days prior when I brought my car in to get it fixed. Regardless, I want the noise to stop, so I bring it into a different shop and tell them my cars making an awful noise and the last shop said I need my breaks fixed. $1,500 later I have new breaks but I drive off the lot and my car is still screeching and grinding. I don't wanna bring it back to master collision and get blown off again so I took it to a 3rd shop to get it checked. This tiny little shop was fantastic They literally figured it out in three minutes in front of me and all it took, was for them to look underneath the car. They figured out that the part they put on my car was incorrect and too long, so it was pushing my muffler into my hitch, and it was rattling and grinding against each other. It was a $70 diagnosis but honestly I was so happy someone believe me that I didn't care. They said they could fix it for $200 but honestly they said I should go back to the place that replace the part since they probably do it for free. So great I have a diagnosis but I'm still nervous about going back so I decided I should take it to one more reputable shop. Then they end up saying the exact same thing that it was too long which cost $250 to cut and weld the exhaust. I pay another 70 for a diagnosis fee then they also charged for an oil change which I didn't ask for (got it changed a month ago, but whatever). Obviously it's past 30 days at this point, but I called Bill again and take another day off to get it diagnosed. I told the problem and they agree that the exhaust is too long and they actually put the wrong aftermarket part on my car. They had to order new parts and said it would take a while, so we scheduled today to get it fixed. (1/2) continue with D C.

2/2 Continuation of M.M's experience with this unprofessional and grossly incompetent company. For my inconvenience, they offered to pay to rent me a car while it was replaced, but I ended up spending like another $200 for insurance and stuff and the rental person also tells me I have the car for a week. The day comes and I leave work early to drive down there, but on my way there someone ends up crashing into me (cause it's winter now). My car still drivable so I still make it to my appointment and get my rental car. I figured it would just be there a few extra days to get the other stuff fixed too. They say it's cool and like they call me and like tell me like oh there seems to be more damage. They're gonna check it out and talk to my insurance and I'm like cool. I figured they were still gonna replace the part and all would fine. They end up deciding that they want to transfer it to another location and I need to sign a waiver. I did that and I thought it was fine but then some paperwork doesn't get communicated and I have to call them again because I'm tracking my car and I can see it still in their lot and I'm like what's going on I want this to be evaluated fast cause I want my car back. It it finally moves to the other location it's like an immediate total loss so I'm like sweet I returned the car cause I end up using my company car while I wait to buy a new one. I don't think about the rental again until 6 month later I get a debt collection notice that $350 was taken out of my account for rental car. I call and the enterprise person said Bill decided he didn't want to pay for the rental and that's why and I need to figure out with him. Honestly I'm mad he didn't have the decency to call and tell me this rather than just sending me to collections. I called them but he's out of town and I tell them to have him call me when he's back and he never does So yeah I'm upset by this whole freaking experience. I end up missing like 5 days of work in all, I'm $2,140 down and now my car is totaled trying to make it to an appointment that was their mistake but I attempted multiple times for them to fix. Paying for my rental was the last decent thing that you guys could do, honestly I wasn't mad about any of it till I truly hate car shops.

Masted Collision did a great job fixing the roof damage from our garage door denting the top of my a Honda CRV. It was a very challenging job, but they made sure the work was done the right way. I appreciate their attention to detail and persistence to get it done. They even made sure my car was washed and spiffed up when I picked it up. Thanks so much.

I will have to echo other reviewers. Gail at the front desk was amazing but holy bucks the guy that works in the back of the office is a liar. They said the car would be done the following day and just had to "rekey" the car.. Than after a week it turns out that its not a rekey... they havnt even put the ignition together. In short, we went to another dealership. They got mad and refused to bring my car out because the steering wheel was off and came up with a story. He told the towing guy the same story and minutes later he brought the car out.. Interesting.... When the tow truck guy came and put it on the car it drove no problem. Not a very business professional ill tell you that much. I think he is milking Gieco. If you do claims. Do not go through this guy.
