Waited 9 minutes for service, not even a " we will be with you in a minute" or anything. Just completely ignored us. We went somewhere else. Waste of time.

Yikes. They screwed up my order after specifically telling them I am allergic to mushrooms. Upon coming back, I had an even worse dish of the Korean beef... I get you are called noodles and company but where the hail is the meat!?!?!?! I’ll save my gas money or go go elsewhere.

Usually very good. The pasta was undercooked. Flavor was good though. The container of sauce that comes with the pot stickers had maybe a tablespoon in it. Not even a 1/8 full.

We waited for over 20 minutes to ORDER and were the only ones in line. They were taking all the online and doordash orders that were coming in new while we were staning there refusing to take our orders. There were a bunch of people that came in after us and ended up leaving. We were tempted to stand in line onside and place an online order in order for them to help us. We finally got snarky with them and they FINALLY took our order. They had 3 cooks and 1 working the front. I get your short staff and really busy but you also need to help your customers in the proper order. Pretty sure they were hoping we would just leave.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here tonight 8/9/23. The food I ordered was for sure skimped. It was half way full, and I ordered extra food (chicken) on top of my pasta and it was still only half way full. And they didn’t even take the time to put the lid on all the way, it was half way open in the bag. I saw another review say that there is a trend of “skimping” at this location. Clearly they have not fixed the problem. For the money you spend, don’t be disappointed. Just go to a different noodles and company location.

Food was as expected, service was great as usual. The freestyle fountain drink machine was spraying everywhere, including on my shirt. Seems like this machine is broken every other time I'm in.

The management in chanhasen noodles and company were 1/10. High employee turnover rates, poor communication between employees, and unprofessional behavior are indicators that a company's culture is toxic. Sexism and racism are the most extreme iterations. Managers should not pursue employees, flirt with staff or tend to personal matters on the clock like speaking about personal affairs.Management displayed discrimination with team members regarding race & belittling multiple team members with sneaky and passive aggressive. The manager may not even be conscious of the comment's tone or connotations, and might get defensive when called out. Or, the leader may take teasing too far. Regardless of the intent, the hurt and humiliation is the same. Managers should avoid insults. Toxic leaders feel entitled to belittle staff. Often, these outbursts are caused by the amount of pressure on the manager. Regardless, leaders should refrain from taking anger out on employees. Emotional regulation is a part of professionalism. There is a difference between accountability and blame. Accountability is action-based and focuses on the future. Blame revolves around labels and deals with the past. A good manager holds teammates to high standards and points out when staff fail to meet expectations. When a misstep occurs, effective managers focus on finding solutions instead of hurling accusations. Good managers assign fault only in service of fixing an error, not to make a judgement on the employee's capabilities or character. Bad managers harp on mistakes and can sink morale and productivity. These bosses' first instinct is to point fingers and shame rather than analyze the issue. For example, manager during the interview process was talking about another team member negatively. The role of managers is to unite the workforce around a common mission, yet some bosses pit co-workers against each other. This behavior sometimes comes from a misguided notion that rivalry will elicit the team's best performance, when in reality over-competition among peers prevents proper teamwork.Disorganization is one of the main incompetent manager traits. This behavior sets a poor standard for the department, and can also cause extra work and for other team members. Instead of trying to stamp out any sign of trouble, leaders should teach teams how to navigate and resolve disagreements respectfully. It is the role of managers to lead mediation, diffuse the tension, negotiate, and steer the group towards compromise.
