A shout out to the helpful staff at the Chanhassen Sherwin Williams! I needed a custom stain match for my 1990's golden-oak kitchen cabinets for a new crown moulding installation. I am absolutely amazed at how beautifully the stain matches, you can't tell the difference between the new moulding and the old cabinets. Thank you!
PS: The Sher-Wood BAC wiping stain is an awesome product. It went on smoothly, with a nice open time to touch up any missed spots, and dried to a gorgeous even finish. I didn't need to use sanding sealer (but I was staining red oak). However, you definitely have to follow the recommendations for drying times and applying the topcoat.

They were out of the paint I needed at the Long lake store and Tony called the Chanhassen and they were out too. So as I'm getting into my car, Tony comes out and catches me before I take off. Says Lucy from Chanhassen called back and found the paint I needed. Who says customer service is dead? Not me. Thanks Tony and Lucy!
