I have a major issue with my “home” gym, was seeking to speak to someone in corporate and there’s not even a working phone number. It’s very apparent that the company as a whole is complete garbage.

These franchises are going out of business. Don't waste your money on a membership, all the equipment is torn and worn out, there is nobody to clean the gym. Just sad that the corralCorp. don't check on there franchises.

Cancelled membership several months ago, but continue to get charged monthly. Cannot get hold of anyone at the company to get this rectified. Send an e-mail, nobody responds. Contact corporate, nobody answers the phone.

I had a bad experience at my local gym and contact snap corporate 3 times for help. Twice via email and once via postal mail and never received a response. Not sure why they offer an email address for customer if they never respond. Would not suppose or use a snap again based on my bad experiance with corporate and the local gym I was with.

My husband's ex went here, she had signed up the whole family, even though she was the only one that went. She died of cancer and they kept charging his bank account for over a year later for the whole famil, when they were informed, the owner didn't care, I contacted corporate and they also blew us off. I would think 2 years is enough to resolve something like this, as if the family hasn't gone through enough, let's take their money for another year while a single father is trying to support kids on his own...how absolutely disgusting!

Being charged after my 12 month membership is up, auto renew is off, and no response from corporate or my home town location. Not sure if it's justified but was charged 15 times over the course of 12 months. Last issue I had took about a month to get back to me. Price is outrageous there are cheaper options out there even though I've been told they think they're the cheapest in my town. Will never be going back. Definitely would not recommend.

Do NOT get a membership here! Bait and switch with their membership dues almost to the point of fraud. I wasn’t using my membership and was told I could put a freeze on my account for $1/ month and call and reinstate it at anytime. Well this was a blatant lie as it was only a two month hold and then they started charging me again, unbeknownst to me, after two months got a call stating I had an outstanding balance. Visited the facility, as you can ONLY cancel in person at the gym you signed up at, and was told I’d have to pay for ANOTHER additional month as you need to give 30 days before cancelation. No one EVER explained any of this to me. Lack of transparency, poor communication and lack of a positive customer service experience will steer all my friends and family away from this place. Member beware.

For your money, go to Xtreme Fitness. It’s right down the road, has way more equipment, costs less, and better service. We signed up last night and it was a breeze.

Became a member of Cape Girardeau, MO facility in 2015 trying to recover from health issues associated with breast cancer by building strength and endurance. During that time I had to undergo further breast cancer treatment. I advised the "trainer" I would no longer need services and I was not reminded of the written notice policy. I have just realized I have been charged for over 2 years for a membership & a facility I have not stepped foot in. Yeah, read the contract! But I feel really taken advantage of and that they could care less about their consumers especially ones like me that was vulnerable at the time. I will be sure that social media and anyone else I can get to listen be made aware of this place and it's business practices. Lastly, trying to contact corporate is like contacting Pluto!

I wish I didn't have to give this place one star. This company is a total rip off. Please read the fine print before signing up for the 30 day pass. You have to cancel 5 days in advance before the billing date. It's too expensive and the equipment is subpar. The gym I signed up for is too small for the amount of equipment. There's no way to get in touch with cooperate so you're screwed out of luck. Go to one of the 9.99 gyms the equipment is better.
