I was certainly impressed with the variety of offerings and staff very eager to help. What was disappointing was that items on their website were noted as 'in stock' but were not available at the store. This wasted my time and a trip to the Chanhassen location.

Salesfolk are attentive, knowledgeable, and don't try to upsale. Excellent variety and well stocked. I have to say, the app has gotten much better!

I have never been in a wine & spirits store that even remotely comes close to the selection of Total Wine in Chanhassen, MN. The staff is first class and they thoroughly understand the premium products they are selling. My wife and I always enjoy a stop at Total Wine as we know we leave with an excellent selection due to a helpful staff. The staff also carefully bags or boxes our items and couldn't be more gracious. Traits that not every liquor store has out of state.

Total wine, well, mostly. Not everything I'm looking for, though they do have many choices. Lots of help at every turn. I can't beat their prices.
