Terrible service. Good luck getting ahold of the alarm monitoring. Make sure your phone battery is full before you call, because you'll drain your battery waiting for them to answer.

Same as the other reviews. Customer service is poor and unresponsive but more importantly there techs are incapable of fixing their own system. Do not use TA/IVerify and with Securitas taking over things have gotten worse.

Very substandard customer service. You cannot reach a live person to get technical support when you are experiencing problems with their equipment at your site. Return phone calls take over 48 hours at times. They are way under staffed and cannot handle customer needs. Am looking for another provider as I write this.
