The gentleman in front of me needed to send a package to Isanti and the woman at the counter told him he couldn’t do it if he didn’t have the zip code (she’s standing in front of a computer, mind you). This guy looks around, realizing that the last electric gizmo he used was a rotary phone and just asked if she could find the zip code. She said she couldn’t and then nothing happened. He stood there shocked. And I whipped out my phone and looked up the zip code to Isanti so we could all move on with our day. I’m not a hero. I’m just a concerned citizen.

Went to drop off a package and saw the low rating but I was like how bad could it be. Personally my experience was quick and the lady who helped me was friendly. But the other older lady working was extremely rude to the customer and then said nasty things about him when he left. Wow, if you hate your job that much find something else.

The disrespect the female employee showed to handicap people while parking in the handicap spot is incredible. Shame on her and shame on you for allowing such behavior to represent you! What are you going tondo about her???

THE MANAGER OF THIS POST OFFICE BLATANTLY BROKE THE LAW AND BLOCKED A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SPOT WITH A POST OFFICE VAN SO THAT THE WOMAN COULD NOT GET OUT OF HER CAR IN HER WHEELCHAIR. THEN INTEAD OF MOVING, SHE GOT MAD THAT SHE WAS BEING ASKED TO MOVE AND TOLD THE WOMAN TO GO HOME BECAUSE ‘ISNT IT ALREADY MISERABLE ENOUGH BEING IN A WHEELCHAIR.’ ABSOLUTELY VILE. VIDEO IS ON TIKTOK.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the Chanhassen post office. It's shocking that USPS employees think it's acceptable to park USPS vehicles in handicap spots and insult people in wheelchairs by calling them "miserable people." This level of disrespect and disregard for the law is unacceptable. One star is honestly too generous for this place.
