I would love to give them five stars, however past experiences have been super frustrating and difficult to work with them on. However, today there was a person who came out when I rang the bell and she was amazing. She was super polite, listened to my concern, helped me, and even called someone to help me with what she couldn't fix right then. I feel like she really went as far as she could to fix my issue and was happy to do it. She is a keeper. I just wish I knew her name.

Unfortunately there isn't a 0 star option. The female "supervisor" was very unprofessional and unethical with the way my case was handled. Wolf was able to calm me down after she so rudely hanged up on me after scoffing "ugh" because i caught her in her lies, changing up the story over and over again. I should have read the reviews before ordering something that would have been handled by USPS. I never knew such misconduct would take place as i am also a person who deals with orders at my current job. I understand i only get 200+ orders a day and they get MANY more, I would understand if they admitted it was their mistake and apologized but none of them did they were all argumentative and talkative. The "supervisor" was also shielded, i was told they were very diligent with their job. Even professionals make mistakes and own up to them, im only 20 years old and feel more mature than the management here even tho i was only able to speak to the supervisors and no managers. I am irrelevant to the company. Hopefully the district can put some accountability in this place since I've already contacted them. Have fun dealing with my new case ??

My experience with shipping to an apartment has been TERRIBLE here. The carriers have failed to deliver 3 times with two of my packages. The first time they claimed it was delivered but my front office of my apartment even confirmed no delivery attempt was made. The next day they listed it would be attempted to deliver again. Keep in mind my packages didn't require any signature and if they did, my office signs for the residents. The next day they didn't even reattempt to deliver as they said previously. They instead had listed that the "addressee was unknown" and they shipped it straight back to where I bought my packages from leaving me unable to even reship them. My other package that was supposed to come had been sent to this place and instantly was sent back to amazon for a refund before they even tried to deliver it. My apartment has the Luxer One system and a office that is open nearly the SAME amount of hours a day that this place ships by. There should have been no issues, they could have given it to the office, put it into the package room as every other normal delivery service does or at least send it to the local package pickup center. Now the packages that I had ordered for my brothers birthday were gone, unable to be reshipped but they have the audacity to attempt to charge me additional fees for shipping after this. Horrible delivery service and ruined my brothers birthday.

Package wasn’t delivered on multiple days because the person could not be bothered to walk around to the front door and ring the door bell to get a signature. The package was in the carrier's hands, walked all the way to garage door to drop off one package but then pauses and decides to leave with the other package that needed the signature. I came out of the house to try to catch the carrier later the same day at the mailbox, the carrier saw me but just drove right by. The next day I get a note in the mailbox that they missed me because I wasn’t home and to schedule an redelivery. There were multiple opportunities to deliver this package (ring the door bell). This is beyond frustrating, if people did their jobs properly, no one would be complaining.

Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews left by employees. The mail service from this facility is absolutely THE WORST. They constantly delivery the wrong mail to the wrong houses because they are sorting it wrong and after multiple complaints over multiple years, they are still doing it. The management of this facility needs to be fired.

I work at this office, I'm a carrier. Yes, there has been problems since I transferred there in September of 2018. People are leaving such bad reviews but you don't understand what we're doing. Right now we are short about 20 subs. Regular carriers are working 6-7 days a week, that's maybe 42-50 hours a week in the summer and 70-84 hours a week in the winter. We do our best, I don't know one lazy person there, I however know quite a few exhausted ones. Subs work up to like 15, 12 hour days in a row. Then add Christmas, snowy, icy roads, dark, neighborhoods they don't know...we deal with impossible situations and frankly I think we do an amazing job. I'm proud of the people I work with, we all work very hard with little appreciation from customers who expect perfection. We definitely appreciate those customers who can see our effort! Please be patient with us, I assure you we're doing our very best. And PLEASE, help us by clearing your boxes this winter!!! If we can't touch your mailbox with our side mirrors, we can't reach it!!

Terrible customer service for package pickup. Filthy unstaffed lobby. No care for customer at all.

I moved from one home in Victoria to another, I have never had such bad mail service. I get about half of the mail I should get. I know this because I have informed mail. When I try to talk to whoever answers the phone at the Chanhassen annex, they say there is no problem and they are rude to me. I had a package mailed to me and the person who sent it got a "delivered to our mailbox message". We never got the package in our box. They say they will check into it every time and never call me back.

I have lived at in this neighborhood for almost 25 years. Years ago, the mail service was superb. Today? Not so much. Other than a few very reliable carriers that work in this office- thanks Bryan and Randy ! (Randy now retired)), this place is a toxic, perpetual train wreck- and has gotten really bad ever since Randy had his accident. My biggest beef is carrier pick-up. Before Bryan took this route months back, I would get picked up maybe 50% of the time that I requested it. Approximately six different characters (and talk about some really bizarre, un-motivated folks) all shared in the train wreck.Thank goodness for Bryan when he's working. On his days off though, count on not being picked up. This place is BEGGING for fresh, new management.

Remember when mailmen would walk up to the door and deliver mail or if you had too much mail that day to fit in your box? And they were welcome and a part of the community and respected? Remember those days? My mailman took my mail 15 miles away to Chanhassen instead of walking 25ft to my door. We were home. We are always home. My kids wave to him. He doesn't ever wave back to them. Don't expect a bonus this Xmas from us.

This is the hub my postal carrier works out of. This guy hates wearing a mask, usually wearing none at all or just over his chin. He complains bitterly that his boss requires mask wearing, but he "tries to get away without one" as much as he can, as he has told me. So, I have to constantly keep an eye out for him. I have asked him several times to please wear a mask in our very small office, but he usually argues "I am far enough away from you. You'll be fine." and just keeps the mask off as he is standing in front of the only door, breathing and talking in a space customers will be standing in at any moment. There is no space to social distance no matter where you are in my office, which is why mask wearing is especially important. I'm very frustrated with this postal carrier and the lack of respect and common decency he shows to others.

Awful office. I have had hold mail issues, and when I complained they blamed me. I had packages returned as "refused" and "address unknown", and was told by a manager at this annex that the carrier said my apartment was "unoccupied." Now, I have a premium forwarding order in place and they forward a little bit of mail, but the carrier complained my box is full and is now holding my mail - and claims the forwarding order "was cancelled". Strange it is cancelled but I still get mail on his days off. The manager at the annex again exonerated the carrier, and told me "you can pick your mail up" despite my being out of the country. Awful, awful, awful service.

Impossible to get your mail if this is distribution hub for local carrier. Good luck getting anything resolved. A review will go nowhere but have to echo every resident providing frustrating comments toward USPS. Get informed delivery so you know at least what got lost.

I have repeatedly had mail delivered to my box that belongs to my neighbors. I have had bills never delivered to my address and incurred late fees from creditors due to non-payment. I signed up for Informed Delivery Service so I would see what i should be getting. As of today I am missing a Discover bill and a $600 check that were supposed to be delivered Feb 5. I will be going to the Annex tomorrow to ask for an explanation. Do you think I will get my mail? I'm not hopeful.

This post office annex is the worst. They protect the most inept mail carriers that I have ever seen. They avoid your phone calls. The customer service is a joke. I am so tire of having mail with sensitive personal information put in other peoples box. And amazon packages that I paid for being put in other peoples box. It is not an isolated incident. It is pathetic that they are allowed to continue without any reprecussion.
