Unfortunately this pharmacy is always under staffed. Those that are there are doing their best with what they have, but the inability to get medications filled in a timely manner is frankly insane. We're going elsewhere.

Corporate significantly understaffed this pharmacy, not the workers fault! Continuously 30+ minute waits for pickups.
They also reposted the pharmacy cause they had too low of reviews and removed it!!!

There is 1 lady here who is actually helpful. The rest are useless. They NEVER have my son’s prescription and I have to call about 3 times to make sure they processed it! HORRIBLE !!!! They lie about when things will be in and cause my son to be late on his needed meds. If I could rate them a “0” I would! ?

Pharmacist straight out lied. She filled my prescription but didn't have enough so gave me a partial and told me to come back in a day or 2 when she had more.Came back in 2 days and says she wasn't working that day and you cannot have your remaining medication of 26 tabs..She didn't put the note in the computer saying I picked up the partial. So than the Grey haired old Pharmacist lies and says ,I wasn't working that day. So I don't know she says. Ya can't miss her black glasses Grey hair and 100 years old...c,monSo i have e to go through hoops and ladders with my insurance company and my Dr.I will be leaving This pharmacy for good ? Not frien

Walgreens has been providing poor experiences for longer than a year now. Always citing staffing issues and shortages, however other competitors like CVS do not seem to struggle.

I love the pharmacists, especially the main guy . However, there is one cashier at the store entrance who is rude, abrupt, and actually pushes the buttons on the check-out screen for the customers if they aren't fast enough. One time I wanted to use my card for a debit, and she reached over and pressed "credit" for me before I had a chance to make my choice. I cringe when I walk in the store and she is working.

We waited in line and they said the prescription wasn't ready and they wouldCall me over the loud speaker. They finally called me and then made me wait in a very long line AGAIN to pay for it. I couldn't just pay when my name was called after waiting in line the first time.

This was our first time shopping at Walgreens. We are new to the area. The customer service was excellent. Preeti was very helpful with our prescription and went above and beyond. We highly recommend this location.

Great customer service. The employees are friendly and helpful. The main pharmacist is excellent and although I have had insurance issues with certain prescriptions, I have always received great service from everyone in the pharmacy. (My only complaint would be the long wait in the drive-through lane but I blame that on this nasty pandemic.)

This pharmacy is terrible! Long wait times always!My doctor called in a prescription for me and I went 4 hours later thinking that was enough time that it would be filled. They hadn't even checked the messages yet! Had to come back a second time and wait another 25 minutes in line
