I rented a medium size for 10+ years. The on-site attendant was very helpful. My possessions stayed in good condition. My only complaint was how expensive it got to be.

Everything was exceptional! They gave a great intro rate that lasted a few months and the pricing afterwards was very competitive. They were very helpful and straight forward about getting set up, it was all very steam lined.

Staff was helpful. Easy access to the storage units and fortunately was able to grab a temperature-controller unit. Everything in there stayed clean and it was very simple to close out the storage unit and end the auto-payment.

One of the only reasons I chose this company was because they promised me over the phone the first three months 50% off. I not only didn't get my deal but I was called and said that there was no deal for the unit at all and was effectively called a liar. The prices increase unprompted and conveniently increased for me when they were painting their facility. Then the worst thing is that the unit I got was not water proofed. My unit was flooded and I left the next day. They didn't give any discount or compensation for damaged items. I overpaid for a unit that flooded all while I was paying for their new paint job. Also there was a guy in the morning mooching off their power in his camper in an area without cameras. I would never choose these guys again. I get my circumstances were unique but the way they handled it was poor at best.

Great service! Super easy to setup the rental online, the units are all very accessible, and the site feels safe and secure. The on-site manager was always super friendly and helpful. We used this rental for a few months while moving, and I will definitely return in the future for my storage needs.
