Negative experience with two employees, refusing to assist in unlocking new phones. While employee cleaned his fingernails I called Samsung who gave him directions to do so.

When I went to AT&T, Roman helped me quickly and efficiently. He is trust worthy & knowledgeable with the issues I was having by talking me through, as well as walking me through the steps it takes to finished what was needed to be done for me.

Great experience at this store! The 2 guys today were able to upgrade a phone for us and help get the data transferred. If you need help, this is the store to get it done! Good job team Chaska!

We stopped at AT&T store in Chaska to upgrade our IPhones. Steve greeted us upon entry and quickly helped set- up our new phones and explain the upgrades. I highly recommend Steve. He's a Pro!

Jack Tweedy was very helpful and informative on the plan my wife and I were getting with obtaining new phones and signing up for our own plan. My former carrier was Verizon, and the transition to AT&T was smooth and effortless.

VERY rude and nasty old man! Wouldn't answer my question. He said at&t don't pay him enough to help some one who doesn't have an at&t phone. Not his job! And more xyz ... Very bad attitude. I will call his manager!

The service in this store was great! All the employees are very helpful and friendly. Jack, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us with some very complex issues.
