The girl working was a complete idiot. She should not be employed there, extremely unprofessional and had no idea what was going on. She had to have her store manager essentially do the entire thing which created a way longer experience. The male that helped was great but the girl was horrible

So ELLY OR ELLIE is An asst manager at this store. She decided to violate my privacy and my rights as a customer and allowed another person who is not an authorized user in my account to make changes to my account wich I will contact corporate about this. They have the worst data ever

The employees are awesome and knowledgeable and they team up to help you so it doesn't take so long. 3 new lines and phones and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Overall it was a good experience. But I came in on Wednesday afternoon because I lost cellular data on my phone the previous night. The associate that helped me did everything he could in his power, and after talking with customer service, he said they would send a guy out to check to see if there was something wrong with the network, and I'd receive a call on my mom's phone in 2 hours since I can't receive incoming calls. No call.So then if we didn't receive a call, they'd send in a case report that would be resolved in 24-48 hours, and my problem would be fixed. Nothing. I have been unable to send/receive texts and unable to make/receive calls since Tuesday night. As long as I'm connected to a Wi-Fi network, I can use any other app.I am extremely frustrated. I will be switching back to Verizon first thing in the morning.

Fabulous experience in this store! AnnMarie was beyond helpful & knowledgeable. While the product I wanted was not in stock, they were terrific in finding a location that did. We did not want to take the sale away from them but they said 'we want your experience to be a great one, that is most important.' We will make sure to come back to this location first for our future phone needs!

My wife received her new Galaxy A12 replacing her old 3G phone. We had problems activating it, so we called the store. Mike walked us thru the problem on the phone. 5 minutes later we were up and running. Mike was fantastic. And patient. 4 days earlier Tomi and Annmarie were able to accomplish what I had been trying to achieve with AT&T customer service for the past 6 weeks, which was to replace my wife 3G phone within 30 minutes later we had a phone on the way, which we received the very next day. I could not expect any better service than that.I highly recommend these people and this store

I was honestly thinking about switching carriers because of how awful the AT&T automated customer support can be over the phone. I went in today to try and restore service to a phone plan that had recently been cancelled and Rebecca sat on hold with customer support for over 20 minutes trying to help. It the end it couldn’t be restored but her and the manager Zachary helped me get on a new (and better!) plan. Zach even held a phone for me until I could come back after work. It is because of these two and the outstanding customer service they provided that I will be a lifelong AT&T customer.

I had been with Sprint for 15 plus years, and the recent merger of Sprint with T-Mobile led me to start looking at other carriers. My place of employment just made a switch to an AT&T platform, and that process led me to the AT&T store in Chaska. I switched over 3 lines and added a new one, and it was a great experience. Whether it was the folks who helped me, or just watching the other staff and their interactions with other customers, this store, imho, is stellar for their staff's customer service, their technical knowledge, and for the way they all make a customer feel welcome. Job well done folks, I look forward to years of service with AT&T (and FIRSTNET).

We stopped in on a Friday evening to look into switching to ATT from Verizon. Talked with Rebecca and Tommy. They were great at helping us get the process going. They did hit a snag with setting up the account that forced us to be there much longer than expected, but they did a great job of keeping us informed and apologized over and over, sincerely. We had to stop back in Saturday morning to finish up, which again, took much longer than expected. Zach met us at the store, knew who we were, and was ready to tackle our account set up. Zach got us taken care of, reviewed everything with me to make sure it was all correct, and offered us charging blocks. Which isn't much, but I didn't even have to act upset for them to be proactive in treating us right. Zach also gave me his and Tommy's card with their cell numbers on it and stated to call or text with any questions.We then ran into an issue with our phones not shipping. I sent Zach a text and he looked into it immediately, and responded with how we needed to remedy the hang up with Verizon. Process is rolling again, and hopefully we get our new phones this week.Bring the business into this store so they have a reason to stay, good business with a great customer geared attitude is hard to come by, especially in today's world.Thank you ATT Chaska staff!
