As NorthWoods DJ Services, we had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Chaska Event Center on June 28th, 2025! From a vendor's perspective, this venue is top-notch. The staff was incredibly professional, accommodating, and a joy to work with. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring that the wedding ran seamlessly from start to finish. The space itself is versatile and well-maintained, providing a great atmosphere for both the ceremony and reception. The sound was excellent, making our job as DJs a breeze. We highly recommend the Chaska Event Center to any couple looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding venue. Five stars all around!

We hosted my grandfathers Celebration of Life ceremony in the event center space. The staff were exceptional to work with; Devyn (event coordinator), Jan (caterer) and two other ladies who worked the Bar and the space set up. None of our family had seen the space in person before the event because were all coming from out of state, however the pictures we’d seen online and from Devyn proved this was the place for our large family to gather to honor my grandfather. The fireplace is a beautiful centerpiece to the space. The high wood panel ceilings are stunning too! I recommend hosting your event here! They are organized and communicate well via email or phone. We got a great price for the rental because of ‘off season’ and it was not in demand Presidents’ Day weekend. We did order appetizers/ finger foods for our 100+ guests, and the food was perfect. Even in the wintertime, the event center is beautiful and cozy.

We are beyond thrilled with our choice of venue for our wedding day! The Chaska Event Center was everything we dreamed of and more. From the beautiful location to the impeccable service, every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism. Devyn and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting.
Not only did Chaska Event Center offer a beautiful backdrop, but their team made the planning process so much easier, with a level of support that made us feel at ease every step of the way. We truly felt like our wedding was in the best hands.
We highly recommend The Chaska Event Center to any couple looking for a beautiful, unforgettable venue for their special day!

This place has everything you could want in a wedding venue. They have an overhead PA and projector, a microphone, plenty of outlets for vendors. Not to mention how attentive their staff is. I would highly recommend Chaska Event Center!

Being in the Wedding industry for 6 years, I’ve seen venues that cost 8-13k that don’t run as well as Chaska Event Center. The Event Center team, to Crooked Pint catering blew me and my wife away! Even Security was awesome!
I’d recommend this Event space to everyone and anyone!!!
My only 1 umph is there WILL be people walking around outside if you do want to take wedding photos or etc. BUT YOURE IN LUCK. People in MN understand to just…get out of the way.
Honestly should be up there for Minnesota's best wedding venues!

I've had the opportunity of DJing a couple weddings here and then there's a nice venue space. Has a nice dance floor and a great space for an indoor or outdoor wedding with a nice backdrop.
The staff are very accommodating and I hope to work here again.

It's hard to give a good honest review as there are so many different parts of this place that are their own entity. The Event Center itself we rented out for our wedding was perfect and spacious. Working with Krista was a great experience as she answered all my questions without getting annoyed as I'm full of questions. There are a lot of things that aren't allowed that sucks if you want a more elegant look for less the price. For example you can't use a decal dance floor, no fog things like that. However, they at least allow you to go in and decorate how you would like and you can bring your choice of food for fee. But even that's cheaper than catering through The Crooked Pint. The Bar is also run through the Crooked Pint and if I could give it a separate star they would get a 1 from me. We discussed beers several times before my wedding and they STILL had it wrong on my wedding day. I told them I needed them to keep Hennessey stocked because that's all my guests drink. They literally only had 3 bottles on hand. They ran out of that pretty quick as you can imagine when I told them to make sure they have plenty of it. My open bar I had they were limiting guests to just beer and wine when I told them all drinks are included. Aside from the bar messing it all up the venue was nice and my wedding turned out great. I would say make sure you keep confirming with the bar what you want because they seem to not listen or remember very well. My guests left early BECAUSE there was no more Hennessey. Very disappointed
