Asked for 8 piece fried chicken and 1lb of wing zings. Got 8 piece spicy chicken and 1lb of potatoe wedges. I told them 4 times and didnt notice because I was entertaining my child. Can't return it, cant eat. Waste of almost $20

I wouldn’t recommend this cub for online shopping. Other Cub stores will text you when they are shopping, let you know if an item is out of stock and let you know when your order is ready. There was no communication from this store. I had to call to see if my order was ready. When I went to pick up my order, substitutions were made and several items were out of stock.

Always feels like there are staff in the way someplace in here. And zero acknowledgement that they are in your way. Having worked in grocery, I know you can do better. And then when there's something you need, there's nobody in sight somehow. Prices have been climbing more than usual lately too. But it's somehow still the best option in town.

I went for pickup tonight as always. I texted twice and no one replied or came out. I’m an elderly lady with a sprained ankle. After hobbling into the store to get my order, I was told I now need to scan the QR code on the post in front of parking space.
Cub needs to rethink this, the whole world does not necessarily have the capability to comply with some method they think is efficient.Cracker Barrel tried this a few years ago to have guests scan the QR code printed on the table to get a menu on their phone- it was a failure and very unpopular.
What’s wrong with the way it was, just texting? If this doesn’t change, I’ll take my pickup business to other stores.

I like Cub but thier produce seems hit or miss lately, and the meat counter and their cut and packaged meat is garbage, the bigger meat cutter with a mustache is extremely rude and arrogant too. I'd get your meat and produce about anywhere else and your brand name and packaged good at cub.

Items on shelves are expired. Make sure you look before you buy they will not give you your money back if you buy something expired.

I went for last minute shopping with my husband around 12am and the staff just looked at you horrible, very derogatory, I can't believe there are still racist people, while I was looking for my products an older man followed us throughout the store and when I arrived At the cash register there was another man waiting for us, looking out us like we were going to steal something. Even though my work is nearby, I will never return to this place.????

Was there on 3/12. Filled my cart and went to first open register (register #1) at approx 5:30 ish and the employee complained that nobody goes to the other open registers. I asked her if she would like me to go to another register and she said “yes”, so I did. Very snarky and unprofessional

Placed my order at 9 AM for pick up between 5 PM and 6 PM. I received a text message at 5:03 PM letting me know that they didn’t get to my order and that it won’t be ready on time. I responded and let them know I was on the way and checked in accordingly.I assumed this meant that they were shopping it as they spoke but I am here 45 minutes later still waiting for my order. It wasn’t a large order. Irritating. Update: I finally received my order at 6:07. Over 60 minutes late.2 stars for offering a credit towards my next order and for good communication between shopper and me.
