Went to pick up my Rx and waited over 10 minutes in line without any movement. It's peak time for people to be picking up their Rx's, you'd think they would have another employee at the front checking people out instead of having a line impeding traffic throughout target. Do better CVS, there are plenty of people you can hire for help.

Horrible pharmacy! First off, the wait is always 20 minutes in a line that runs down to the cleaning products. Secondly, they are idiots who had the wrong card in my file and insisted my meds were not covered. The clerk on the phone was rude and dismissive. CVS Eden Prairie took care of the problem. Avoid this place.

9:30AM prescription sent in. 4:30PM prescription still not ready. 30 minutes in line minimum no matter the time. This has been my experience on multiple occasions, yet my stubbornness for convenience has yet made me switch pharmacies.

This CVS is part of Target. There is no drive thru. This CVS works well to get groceries (Target), coffee at Starbucks and your RX. It is convenient and easy to get to. They provide accurate information, vaccinations, and ease of access to pick up medicine.

Went to get a refill on my medicine and couldn’t fill not enough pills to fill 30 day supply., told me they should be in today. The blond was very rude & should not be working there. So today I went back to try refilling again & of course there still waiting for it to come in. This is a control substance medication I’m on & not to be skipped this will be 2 days now that I didn’t get medication. They told me to check back tomorrow. This is a awful pharmacy to go.

What amazing experience. I couldn't get into my normal care provider so I visited this clinic on 1/08/22. I saw Dr. Tom Dvorak.I had incredible care and his funny, upbeat, and easy going personality really put my mind at ease. I would give him 10+ stars.He even followed up a few days later to make sure I was doing okay. Best in the business! I will be adding this doctor (Tom) And This Minute Clinic to my contacts for future care.

Blonde pharmacist was rude and disrespectful. She makes me want to change pharmacies. Plus they never have my prescriptions ready when they say they will and staff give conflicting information on refills. They also send me texts constantly which are inaccurate refills too despite me asking to have them update it or not text me.

Awful customer service. The blonde pharmacist with short hair shouldn’t be working with the public. Her attitude is terrible and permeates through the entire team. It isn’t just a bad day scenario, it’s every single time we’ve encountered her.

Normally very friendly staff but not tonight. Some employees should not be allowed up front near the customers and the young lady that "helped" me tonight was one of those employees. A little friendliness offered can go a long ways but her tank was apparently empty. I hope tomorrow is a better day for her.

NEVER EVER have my scripts been ready for pick up why THEY say their suppose to be ready! VERY unorganized!!! If you are really THAT busy time to set up another shift of Pharmacist!! It’s NOT rocket science to figure that out! Can’t wait for Amazon to put you out of business!!
