If I could give this place a zero, I would
It's dirty, grimy, has busted up carts
I'm not sure why they lock the bathroom in this place because it was disgusting
There's no way people want to just hang out in there
Empty toilet paper rolls
Trash overflowing
Dirty floor and filthy sink
The toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years
I know they don't pay the employees well, but this is so dirty it's unsafe
The employees definitely don't make enough to clean up this cesspool

That man J or whatever his name says is so rude he needs a job where he doesn’t have to deal with customers! & Wendy! Where did you come from? You are the reason I came to give this review! You said you’re the manager but have no knowledge on customer service! Your attitude is horrible! Clearly if you are the manager Js lack of understanding on his job falls on you! Together you both should take classes on what it takes to work in customer service! (Yall make this location look bad!)
Nika Trice April & Cecil I appreciate the professionalism and the way you all make me and my family and friends feel welcome. I hope that yall don’t have to deal with the same unprofessional attitudes from J and Wendy that your customers experience!

Nicki… your customer service skills SUCK!! You had an ear piece in and talked on your phone thru my ENTIRE transaction … you completely avoided me THAN you hung up you call and went to your cell phone!! There was a line behind me! Do you want a job or not?? Stay home if you’re not there to WORK!

Was just looking in a shopping cart that was full of items and was rudely told that the stuff in there wasn’t for sale. I was just looking for mini hot glue sticks, online it said they had some, the lady rudely said if we have some they are probably in the back and continued to rudely say that she couldn’t go back there at the moment.

love the laid back feeling there but the excellent service if you need it. Well I mean I'm going to add to this this is my addition to my review a while ago I still love it still means the whole thing to me that I said that the customer service is great. I do know they're a lot busier now and I don't know if they have a lot of the employees look new to me all the time but so I'm thinking that the turnover is pretty good but other than that I mean they do have a wonderful Christmas theme in their store and they're actually working on it right now I just think they're great there they're right on it they are you know heads down to the ground and they just do their work I love that. I really have nothing bad at this point to say about it except that the lines are too long

They try really hard to keep things organized despite customers kids that pull things out and don't put them away properly. I have always had a good experience there

The store ran out of bags to bag the customer items so they decided to use cheap trash bags. The store is not clean and organized. I understand it's the Dollar Tree however you can still have some pride in your store.

Poorly managed. Zero customer service. Although, the new guy at least tried to help. The manager was more concerned about her cell phone than doing her job.
