It looks like they are going out of business. Like the other review said; dont waste your time. They are closed in the middle of the day during the week and even the weekends. Half the time i try to go they closed.

On FOUR occasions this place has been closed outside of posted business hours. Ive had it here. They cannot be depended on. I just placed my first order with a competitor onllne and thats where all my future business will go. What a shame and disappointment.

Every time I come in here I must listen to a employee try to sell me something I don't want . I've been using Jym supplements for over 4 yrs . There is a reason why I use his supplements. I came into the store to pick up some pre workout , (I usually buy online because I live far away from the store ) Jym just launched a new flavor and I wanted to try it , and they didn't have it and of course the employee had to inform jyms flavors flop and don't sell , which is totally ridiculous, they might not sell at this store but none of his flavors flop , he just won supplements of the year . I would avoid this store and go somewhere else these guys are misinformed

The sales consultant gave unhelpful suggestions until I directed him to leave. This was after previously identifying the brand and product name. I could've been out of there sooner if it wasn't for his priority to sell more than I need and want. Watching/streaming videos on his phone also added delays. He continued to stare at his phone for a few seconds as I waited at the counter. Then he paused it, but left the phone on the counter as he unlocked the register. Once unlocked, he cradled the phone in his left hand for a bit until he was forced to put it down to bag. Definitely my first and last visit...

Great customer service. Not a fan of the GNC home brand supplements, I don't believe there is anything in them but fillers. They just don't work for me at all.

I am done with this place. I have given it several times of going in there and trying to assert myself in different ways to get him (Brian is his name I believe) off my back. Tonight when he asked what I was looking for I tried letting him know that I was going to look at some proteins, I know what I like, and would let him know if I had any questions. He still followed me and provided suggestions. That was it. I will absolutely never go back in there because I am tired of feeling uncomfortable when I am there. I ended up buying two protein bars and he had the gall to ask me why I didn't buy any protein. I should've answered honestly. I was looking to stock up and protein and would've spent A LOT of money, but I couldn't do it. At that point it is no longer being a good salesman when you are losing customers because of your overbearing and frankly smothering sales tactics. I will have to enjoy going to other GNC's from now on despite living 2 blocks away. Too bad.

I would like to be able to look around without feeling like I have to buy something or buy whatever he happens to be promoting to me. I won’t be returning.

Brian followed me around the entire time and kept interjecting with comments whenever I tried to look at something by myself. Very pushy. I would like to be able to look around without feeling like I have to buy something or buy whatever he happens to be promoting to me. I won't be returning.
