Rick is always such a joy to talk with. He's the reason I'm a repeat customer here!

I really like coming here and getting new clothes that have barely any wear and tear. They originally had cheaper prices like $2.00 for a shirt but now they charge $7-8 which is a bit ridiculous but way better than paying $40 for a shirt at a different store. The workers are very helpful and helped me find my earbuds that I lost. There's this one cashier that is really funny too! It makes me smile even when I have a bad day. ^^

The store appears gigantic from the exterior but only takes up the center portion. Ample parking, shopping baskets and easy access. The store sells clothes by the pound and was full of flat beds with clothes strewn about in massive bins. It is disastrous and no rhyme or reason to unfolded mixed up pieces of clothing .
You can barely get to the bins because people all trying to see the same stuff. For a person to feel that kind of disrespect for items you are going to wear I could not imagine that no matter how poor a person may be.
It should be a give away store and not a sale store.

They would sell more clothes just by hanging them up and my first reaction was the last of the clothes other Goodwills could not sell.. I would never take my child there because I would not want them to feel bad about what they got . Not sure anything was really clean.

Pricing is ridiculous. The worst of any goodwill I’ve ever been to. Everything is 8.99 and up even SHEIN trash. Sometimes they ask 20+ dollars for worn out shoes. + they’re apart of the online goodwill sales so you won’t find much here. They take anything worth anything and list it on there for an even more exorbitant price.

This goodwill is genuinely the nicest Goodwill and the most sorted Goodwill I have ever been too.
I have been so many crappy Goodwills that are dirty, smelly, everything is a mess, etc. However, this Goodwill is extremely clean, well sorted, and the employees are extremely kind, helpful, and fun to be around.
Seriously, the employees are genuinely a highlight. I accidentally dropped something and it made a giant crashing noise and broke slightly and the employee just joked around with me and made me feel less bad about it lol! Didn't catch his name but seriously, I have never had a bad experience here.
The prices are slightly higher and other Goodwills I have gone too but honestly it doesn't really make that big of a difference because it is sorted, clean, and nice in there.
Highly recommend!

Was disappointed by my most recent visit. Went in search of “plus size” pants and found almost every pair was $3-5 more expensive than smaller pairs. Was told this was because they “price by brand”, but I would be suspicious of this.

I generally only donate at goodwill. The Chaska location is pretty efficient. They get in, you unload what they are allowed to take and they get you out the door. The donation staff are very pleasant, they know exactly what they are allowed to accept and they move with a purpose. Solid donation procedures!

The store store is clean and organized which is the only reason it receives a 2/5 and not a 1/5. Do not come here expecting a bargain. You can buy almost every item on ebay for the same price sold in store. The store deceives people into deals that don’t know how to search secondary marketplaces themselves. Do not go here or you will impulse buy things you don’t need that could be purchased for the same price online. This also applies to the Chanhassen goodwill location.

Please give the kid in the receiving dock some much needed help. Also, less chit chat would be greatly appreciated by the line of cars that have been waiting 30 minutes.
