Love Khols and great customer service at this location.
The parking lot is a bit smaller with the construction. I imagine this place will be much busier when the apartments are finished.
Overall the service is still good and product selection is good too.

First time in this Kohl's as we just moved to the area and it was a very nice one! Clean, organized and best of all friendly people. I am excited to go back and shop! Thank you Rose for your kindness during checkout. I always appreciate people who can be friendly in retail, even if it could have been a bad day. If I could tip I would.

The reason I came to Kohl’s was to return a couple pair of capris and get different ones. I had the wrong size. The store was very clean and tidy and there was plenty of product and I had a wonderful lady named Pam help me at the Chaska store with my return and purchase, she did everything at the same counter and it was really nice and quick and I was in and out thank you very much.!

Wow. Do not hesitate to bring your return items from Amazon here. So glad I did, it was so effortless for such a daunting task. Perhaps it was the lady that helped me, or perhaps it was this specific Kohls location. We may never know for sure until we join forces and all go to this Kohls to return our items no longer wanted/needed. That way we could have a more accurate understanding of why- if so - this Kohls appears to be so magic. Thanks y'all for letting me count on you to further our understanding of this anomaly. Bless.
