“I had an issue with tracking on my delivery. The address was put in wrong by the sales associate But I confirmed unknowingly that it was put in incorrectly. Either way the manager at the UPS store in Chaska Spent a good amount of time working with me to get the address corrected. Great customer service!”

1160 Vierling Drive East, Shakopee MN 55379
“I have been here a dozen times over several years for multiple things and have never had issues and was usually out of the store in 5 minutes. A lot of the negative reviews are just people being ridiculous. Yes, it costs money for them to print a label for you. This is how they make money. Why would this be a free service? People are entitled and ridiculous. If you have a problem paying a measly 7-8 dollars for a convenience service I think you have bigger fish to fry than whine on Google.”
