“Property manager from the Hopkins location called me a few hours before I intended to check in to my storage unit to let me know that the Chaska location didn’t have anyone staffing the location that day. She was kind enough to drive over to it at the time that I needed to check in to accommodate my family’s schedule. Greatly appreciated that. Other than that, check in was seamless and simple. I was able to buy a lock for my unit, which was convenient, and then the property manager showed me where the unit was. Overall, great experience.”

“The staffs are really nice! The place is very clean - especially during the renovations. And YES! They have a bathroom too! I thought that was odd at first, other storage unit didn't have one. Anyway... I definitely recommend this to anyone!”
